hello! this is my first post! i am a rare labels blog, to try and share labels that are often unheard of!

that's for what category it is! how i love is for if it's a-spec. who i love is, well, what genders one is attracted to, who i am is gende, and what to call me is for referential language

now btw, these are gonna be what I consider rare, not everyone might agree, but hey, that's fine, just disagree politely please, thank you

Andro: An age-nonspecific referential term for someone who is male. The plural form is andros.

Usage:

All the andros on this team seem to be really good at this sport. I'm the newest andro to be added to the team, but I'm hoping to show them what I can do!

For adults, the term is man (and the slang term guy or dude.) As a diminutive, it's boy (lad.) But there was never a term that was not age-specific. I thought this would be a good idea.

I might not officially coin one for female because this term was mostly for me. I imagine, besides being more inclusive than "men and boys", it can be used for a lot of gender labels. It can be demiandro, rather than demiboy or demi-man (the former is too infantilizing for me and the latter is... kinda weird somehow? I typically say I'm a demiguy because of this.) This can also work as androflux, androfluid, and even trans andro.

its a term im coining in this ask. it means "a gender that is lifeless or that is not living, yet it's also not latent in the unconscious mind nor dormant subconsciously. however it exists or is present somewhere else entirely"

This is what I came up with. I thought of the idea of existing somewhere else, like being split off or separated, so I depicted that in the split circles in the center. The radiating circles can represent the outward existence, not in the subconscious but somewhere else. That "somewhere else" is the muted magenta stripes on the outside. The inner stripes represent the gender itself.

Hopefully I did an okay job at representing this gender! I couldn't really wrap my head around the definition but I did my best.

Feel free to put this flag wherever you'd like.

Endotrique: A gender that moves along a spectrum of three genders or qualities. It is not automatically a multigender identity, but can change between three genders or qualities (which includes experiencing all proximals and centrinities.)

This term is the combination of endo ("within" or "inside of"), tri ("three"), and ique ("like", as in a gender that acts like three genders at once, but is not trigender.)

The flag has six stripes sort of split into three sections: Blue, Green/Yellow, Red - this represents three different genders or qualities. The dots are the self, moving along this spectrum.

An example of how this identity works: My neutrois identity moves along a spectrum of neutral, outherine, and maverine. This would be an endotrique identity, a singular gender moving through three distinct gender qualities. - 💙💚

Coining maverine genders for the next several posts, because I want to focus on the non-maverique complexities of maverinity. Why have a quality when only one gender is applied to it? I want to dig deeper and come up with specific maverine genders.

In my head, maverinity is an autonomous, outherine quality. The difference between maverinity and other autonomous genders is that a lot of auingenders can be combined with or compared to binary, xenine, or neutral genders. So maverinity has to be OUIN and AUIN at the same time, inseparably, for this to work. I just wanted to establish a baseline!

This first coined term is called renexaen, a maverine gender that is androgynous-in-nature without using midbinary concepts. It can be compared to androgyny but is entirely both autonomous and outherine. It does not exist between femininity and masculinity nor can it be compared to them.

This term comes from renegade and xae-, a prefix for sex labels that were coined for androgyne individuals. Adding the N at the end made it sound more... solid? It can work as a noun or an adjective. "They are a renexaen." / "Sie is renexaen."

I was inspired by altraeninty, discussed in this post. It has a little graph included to talk about altraeninity's placement in proximity to the binary, as seen below (I marked them with colors for clarity.)

My vision for renexaenity is an autonomous androgyny that exists even outside of this model, which I've included below.

You could even view it as a three-dimensional model and renexaen would exist above or below, forming a pyramid of allo/anthrogenders.

The next maverine gender I'd like to coin is mavrest, a word for a gender that is both ilyagine and maverine. It is not a combination of maverique and ilyagender, but exists outside of these as its own autonomous, outherine gender. It is a way to say "I definitely have a gender that is not masculine, feminine, neutral, or null but is entirely autonomous-in-nature and nothing more."

This term comes from the combination of maverick and the Latin est, a way to say "there is" much like the ilya part in ilyagender. It can work as a noun or an adjective - "Ey are a mavrest." / "Thon is mavrest." - 💙💚

I assume by bigenrine, you mean bigender gender quality / a bigender equivalent to masculine / feminine / nonbinarine / etc., but looking the term up didn't return any results, it does remind me of this thread though, so I guess that's what you're talking about?

I also came up with bigenine, following the -(n)ine spelling of other gender qualities, like nonbinine, agenine, etc.

I went with a 5 stripe gradient format similar to other gender quality flags, using vertical format to help separate it from the bigender flag (some other gender quality flags also use vertical stripes), and the colours are from this bigender flag. The colours were edited a bit, just to make it feel more gradienty / match the format of other gender quality flags.

Paranonbinary

Paranonbinary, also known as Para-NB, is the nonbinary subset of paragender. Paragender individuals identify mostly with a nonbinary gender, but not entirely. The nonbinary part makes up 51-99% of their gender. The other 1-49% can be any other gender or combination of genders. Paranonbinary is similar to deminonbinary, but it is more specific because with paranonbinary, the nonbinary part outweighs any other gender(s).

Condigender

Condigender is a subset of genderfluid where one's gender is only felt under specific circumstances. It can be combined with any existing genders such as condigirl, condiboy, condinonbinary, etc. For example, a condigirl may only feel like a girl during specific times or with specific individuals, a condiboy may only feel like a boy during specific times or with specific individuals, and so on.

Hey there people that follow this barely active account!

Sorry I haven't done much lately, I just kinda ran out of systems which kept me running!

I've seen the notes on my posts, and I'm glad that I've helped at least a few people find who they are! Even if it is just 3 or so people!

When I do start again, I'll try to build a queue so I don't have to make one post every day. Which, I think will be much easier for me!

Local isogender here with some info about the term + my experiences with it! "Isogender is a gender modality that refers to when one is not cisgender, but also does not identify as transgender either." There could be a lot of reason one might label themselves iso. Such as being genderless or multigender with alignment to one's AGAB, though of course other reason are valid & work to. I mean, I personally use it because I'm a very queer multigender afab who still heavily uses fem + female + girl related genders but since the rest of my gender is so queer I don't feel like I could a girl in a cis way? But i'm also not a girl in a trans way, since my gender isn't transitioning anywhere. Which is where isogender comes in for me, it feels like a good word to explain my experiences. There are other terms which mean not cis and also no trans out there, so if iso doesn't quite fit you (general) then one of the others might! Exploring the world of gener modality can be very relieving + helpful! Least I know it really helped me to feel more at home in myself <2 - Retro

i was just. * chin hands * the whole time reading this, i think that's so amazingly cool. i've actually met quite a few people who experience something very similar, i.e. experiencing being a girl or boy but not in a cis way, but also not in a trans way because like you said, there's no transition. that's so well put! i'm glad there's a term for people who are experiencing this, i just think that's so cool. there are always going to be people who fit into the grey areas in 'between' experiences
