I work at a daycare, mainly with infants so a lot of my time is taken up by cartoons and nursery rhymes. I’m always happy to talk about work (not the kids) and different stuff having to do with teaching infants.

ok everybody remount is up which means we can get a good look at hidgens' conspiracy board. HIGHLIGHTS!

in the top right corner, we can see a (seemingly random) old house labeled "old waylon place", connected to a theater labelled "starlight", a black and white photo of an office labelled "CCRP", and a coffee shop labelled "beanie's"

it's also connected to another location that's pretty difficult to make out, i thought it might be a mall food court, my friend who i was watching the show with thought it might be a cafeteria/inside of hatchetfield high. both seem decently likely but the lamp is always shining directly on the label, so there's no way to read it.

other than the references to other parts of hatchetfield lore, we seem to have various references to conspiracy theories. there's a bigfoot picture, a flat earth, the moon(? i'm pretty sure that's what that is), a picture of the beatles with paul (or at least i'm 90% sure it's paul if it's just a random conspiracy) crossed out. there's also a shirtless man in there i cannot recognize. if someone knows who that is please tell me.

there's another few sticky notes i can't make out, though they don't seem to be anything too huge. also i think that mostly black photo near the top is a nebula, but it's hard to say for sure.

also that black and white photo next to the periodic table. at first i thought it might be a photo of a president (fits the conspiracies of it all, i thought the thing behind him might be an american flag), but then part of me went "hey he kinda looks like hidgens" so hey, maybe that's a photo of hidgens from his college days, who knows!

The problem with "treat yourself like you would treat a friend :)" is that I can't treat myself like I treat someone that I'm not personally responsible of. I don't have to make anyone else get out of bed. I don't have to make anyone else do their work. I don't have to make anyone else maintain a social life. I don't have to make anyone else do their hobbies and chores. I'm not in charge of anyone else's life, of course I don't have to hold them to the same standards. And I can't verbally express how fast my entire shit would asplode if I treated myself like I treat people who are not my personal responsibility.

imagine that adam actually really likes it as well?? like he can be a bit dense, but he knows that no one would want to go to HR this many times. so every time you come into his office, he has a big old smile on his face (he swears you get prettier every time he sees you) bc he is just excited to talk to you. maybe he even tries to be slightly dominant once in the conversation but it immediately gets shut down by you.

“listen, i don’t wanna have to write you up again. i know you can be good.” adam sighs.

“but i’m always good, adam. theres no need to write me up,” you replied with a small smirk on your face, your heeled foot slowly dragging his pants up his shin.

“thats uhm- yeah, no, maybe i’ll just skip the write up today.” adam stutters, letting out a small cough.

& imagine if one day you don’t get sent up!! he DEFINITELY calls you or tries to find you in the office. and you giggle at the fact that he seems utterly distraught that he hasn’t seen you today. almost similar to that clicker thing to train dogs dog where every time they here a noise, they want a treat and go crazy when they don’t get one. him seeing you so often and suddenly not makes him go crazy.
