Anti-piracy ad from 2004
It's even funnier when you find out that they had to stop using this ad because they were using music they didn't have the rights to
apparently the font was pirated too. inadvertently, like it was an illegal knockoff of a licensed font and they didn't realize it, but still rules. house of cards
Your brother’s soul is mine! Mortal Kombat (1995) dir. Paul W. S. Anderson
I love this picture so much! Post it whenever I come across it.
Inner Mongolian Child
The little girl’s name is Butedmaa and she was just 5 when this picture was taken in 2003 by Han Chengli.
(I used to have a printout of this at my desk at work because I just loved looking at it so much.)
Enjoyed the bubble sounds!
oh this is an EXCELLENT noise
Excellent noise, Excellent colors, Excellent lighting, overall 11/10 impeccable vibes, and now I’m thirsty.
YOU GET THE FUCK BACK HERE AND EXPLAIN THAT RIGHT NOW
well damn
Every time, I know what's coming, but every time, I just lose it at "Uh. That"

how it feels telling new hires how to stand up for themselves when managers mistreat them
the switch from ‘a girl worth fighting for’ to coming upon the decimated village in mulan is THE MOST kick-in-the-teeth mood change IN ALL OF CINEMA
That scene shift did more for our generation’s understanding of the horror of war in ten seconds than Game of Thrones did in eight seasons, and it did it without showing us a single dead body.
Remember when they subtly but clearly told us a little girl had been murdered?
It’s almost like you actually don’t need to depict graphic murder, rape, and torture to elicit a serious and emotional response from your audience.
X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009) dir. Gavin Hood
“PBJ & Jar of Milk” me, oil, 2022
It completely blows my mind we still have oil painters. It feels like the height of luxury to have the joys of impressionism, modern art movements, and then people doing this the same as they ever were, making paintings that could be taken out of an art history textbook if you forget for a moment that mason jars might not have looked exactly like that
OP this is the sexiest work I have seen in the form of oil, please accept my desire to gnaw fondly upon your canvas like a wild beast as the compliment it is
Just woke up, what's the move
Saw this frame on a different reblog by @thatssroughbuddy but why does it look like Iroh is using his phone to take a photo of his nephew at a landmark
"Uncle, make sure you get that glowy light in the picture and send it to my dad to let him know I'm about to capture the Avatar!"
This was so cute I had to draw it
and of course Iroh is doing what-
!!!!!!
Iroh posts it on social media with some caption like "look at my beautiful nephew" and Zhao comments like "is that the Avatar in the background?"
And Iroh responds, "no, it's the northern lights."
This is insanely funny to me and now:
