if you use your voice to admire others' strengths, and accept their weaknesses, thank you.

if you use your voice to add kindness and goodness to this world, thank you; thank you for being you in a world that is too often confusing, stressful, or cruel.

the world will always need people like you. anyone who tells you something different is only projecting their weaknesses onto you. if someone devalues your heart, that is not your fault.

you have done well so far. thank you for being here. i hope you can see just how much your presence means to others and get to cherish those moments of connection forever, even long after they've happened.

Always always always tell people you love they are so smart and capable. I will die on this hill. More often than not people are raised in unforgiving environments that tell them they are inherently “stupid” and not good enough for things, whether that be parents or cruel bosses or unsupportive friends. An underrated way of supporting people is reminding them they are brilliant no matter what anyone has ever said about their intellect and potential. People can do wonders when it’s affirmed to them their limiting beliefs are just that: limiting beliefs.

It is such a privilege to worry about trivial things and to not worry about whether or not I’ll live to see another day but I worry every day and feel hopeless knowing that people across the world are struggling and I want to do more to help. I want to fight for them and advocate for them sometimes I feel helpless because I’m not sure how I can help and I feel guilty knowing about the suffering of others and not feeling like I am doing enough
