The first time I smoked a blunt, I was 13 years old. For those of you who do not know what a blunt is. It's a cigar the most frequently used is; Swisher Sweets, Backwoods, Dutch Masters, and the old-school Philly Blunts. The cigar is broken down the middle and the tobacco is emptied out, and replaced with marijuana. At the age of 13. I lived in North Park, an apartment complex in Wheeling, West Virginia. The complex consisted of 4 apartment buildings and 2 sections of town-houses. At the age of 13, I would steal my mother's cigarettes and hide in other people's apartments to smoke them. One day I went to my homegirl Kim's house and ran into a kid named Rob. I knew of Rob but I never actually chilled with him. Anyway, with the music turned up and a beer on the table in front of him. Rob reached in his pocket and pulled out a bag of weed and a Philly blunt. He rolled it, took a few hit, and then passed it to me. I remember taking my first pull and choking. After about a minute I remember the room spinning, the music was fading, and I felt very freaking good. I sat on the couch with Rob, and smoked the whole blunt. Just as I was putting it out, my mom paged me, but I was so I high I just couldn't find the guts to call her from Kim's home phone. She kept blowing me up, to the point I had no choice but to call her. When I did she flipped as usual "Where are you at, What are you doing, Who are you with, you better no be smoking no cigarette." Afterward, Rob rolled another blunt which left me paralyzed. With my head leaning over the back of the couch,Kim began yelling because I was so high. I decided to go home. I stumbled across the apartment complex parking lot, walked into the house, and went straight to my bedroom. I remember laying on the bed and feeling a sense of relaxation, and a sense of tranquility. Shortly after my mom came in my room yelling "I told your ass not to be smoking you smell like a pack of cigarettes. You freaking stink, who was you with, you better not let me find out or they're going to be in trouble." It's been 26 years since the first time I smoke marijuana, and currently, I smoke it every day and as much as I can.
