they still haven’t spent time together, still haven’t made any music together and had time to really get to know each other

the stand tall hug where julie throws herself at luke and he’s there, solid, ready to wrap his arms around her and hold her tight

they’ve had time to develop their friendship/relationship - it flourished with their shared love of music, with the mutual respect they have for each other and well. the love they have for each other
