I just want to put something out there that changed my life

When I was young(er) I had several traumatic events happen in a row...now some people allow things like this to give them a reason to give up and it's okay to let it swallow you whole for a little bit but then you reach this place where you're sick and tired of taking shit all the time...and you feel the need for change...well this happened to me. When you choose to change you create a new pathway in your brain whether it's changing a bad habit into a good one, or changing how you view relationships or how you view life. Now the key is to continue practicing this pathway over and over again (be patient it can take years but every step gets easier and easier), in order to erase the old pathway and "overwrite" this old pathway and create a new one. This will literally change your life good or bad. My life is still changing for the positive and I always have goals on what I'd like to work on (the last few years is trying to gossip less or if I need to vent find purpose out of it instead of just grabbing onto negativity and criticizing) I"m still working on it and it will take me a while but it's a goal. Anyways look up "Neuroplasticity" sometime if you want to know more :) Peace :)
