The theme for the Trinquette challenge this month was Mortal Kombat. I remember my dad buying us the first game on Super Nintendo and loving it. I still like Street Fighter better though....Here's my version of Sonya Blade in the Pit level.
Inktober 52: Beach. I really like how this one turned out! It was one of those magical drawings that come together with ease instead of fighting for the end product.
Inktober 52: Flip
Copic pinup. Ref from fashionportraitsgallery instagram.
Inktober 52: Bedraggled. I had a lot of fun working on this one! It gave me a chance to do some David finch style rain from his recent Spider Noir YouTube video. I would love to do more of this type of drawing!
Copic pinup practice, based off of a photo of Diane Weber.
Inktober 52: Bald. I realized this week that I need to do more black and blue ink artwork. I love how it looks.
Been meaning to finish this fanart of Lisa from 'Weird Science' for a while now, and here it is!
Inktober 52: Proud. I'm not sure this pose exemplifies the prompt but that's a damn hard feeling to get down in one pose. Pretty happy with how it turned out! Based off of a photo of Mara Corday
Here's my entry for the trinquette challenge last month. I had a lot of fun with this one! The theme was femme fatales which is one of my favorite things to draw! At the moment this is my favorite painting this year!
Inktober 52: Posture. Based off of a painting by Arthur Sarnoff.
More copic pinup practice. This one started out pretty bad but in the end it came out really good!
