I never boast about bands, but friggin' gosh golly exorcisms, I need to.

There are some musicians that kind of veer off all over the place and end up losing their distinguishable traits. However, Futurecop! has yet to disappoint.

I HIGHLY recommend their new album, "Fairytales", not only because it submerses you in nostalgia, it gives you a sense of security as you dwell upon what you used to want and never got. 

This track is only one of notable tracks on the album, but it is one of the most entrancing tunes I have ever heard.  

All the songs they decided to create videos for actually interconnect and tell a story together.

Modesty vs Egotistical

My therapist had to explain to me that confidence can fit into both a modest demeanor as well as an egocentric one. Some people show confidence wholesomely, and others flaunt it. I never have been the type to boast about myself/dress up for no discernible reason, yet I envy the evident confidence of other 23 year old women, the ones who handle it gracefully and the ones who can almost rub it in your face. Why can't I find a way to have self-confidence without being so mortified of doing it wrong?

It’s something feminists have been talking about for years it’s called toxic masculinity and it’s one of the common threads among the topic of ‘Patriarchy hurts men too’. In fact the first time I read about toxic masculinity was on a feminist blog.

The Sky is Falling by pennybirdrabbit

      This quirky and vivid singer, Penny, is most well-known for her collaboration with Skrillex in "All I Ask of You". However, what many fail to realize about this cutie-patootie of a gem from L.A., Cali is that she creates music for herself as opposed for the limelight and has no problem admitting her saddening yet captivating songs of admiration reflect upon her life.    "The Sky is Falling" is one track that I just can't stop replaying; with her sweet pitches and articulation for each word swoons the souls of many, both men and women.
