Dai Gyakuten Saiban Demo Fan Translation Patch Released

Happy(?) new year! How does ringing in 2017 with a fan tranlsation patch for the DGS demo sound?

The patch requires (among other things) a homebrewed 3DS and a copy of Dual Destinies, so make sure to read the instructions carefully.

Somehow The Great Ace Attorney 2 is happening ⊟

For some reason I thought the first game in this historical-era, Japan-only series didn’t do great, but it did well enough for a sequel! Ryuunosuke Naruhodo, Sherlock Holmes, and Watson-who-is-a-little-girl-for-some-reason will all return for Dai Gyakuten Saiban 2.

Still no word on localization for either of these…

(I swear to god that if I read “Class Reunion” again I’ll… ) So, this is my first time translating (and uploading) something from Japanese to English; just because this has to be one of the most interesting Chapter in Osomatsu-kun that I’ve seen at the moment. And it made me sad that yet no one translated it. I guess I did it pretty fine.

The more I know about Iyami and Kaoru, the more I like them, hah.

(oh, we get to know that Kaoru’s full name is Kaoru Yamamoto \o/)

(btw I didn’t flip the pictures so yeah read it like any normal manga, they were originally two pages in one so be careful!)

Feel free to ask me about my notes and transcribled kanji, if you think you can do a better translation (which I won’t doubt), or if you want the original PDF, or the translated Chapter in PDF (I suppose I can really do that?)

If you wanna post this (pfft, who would?) in a site like MangaFox or Batoto, just ask me and credit; also, please, don’t remove this ^^’

Great job! I would personally recommend separating the panels individually next time, but you did a great job! Very clean typesetting! (also i really would recommend making a batoto account and posting your chapters simultaneously on batoto, it just makes finding chapters easier) Aaaanyways! Great jobbbb
