Setting off the pods gives us a tactical advantage and helps keep our troops safe.

We honor Peeta Mellark, as he stands for the enrichment of the body and soul of Panem. No stranger to sacrifice, the Baker’s son has never ceased to give even when he had none. So must we look to him as we build our communities and learn to thrive together.
Finnick Odair
To members of the Revolution, Finnick Odair is a symbol of the love that binds us all. True love takes many forms; it has the power to motivate and the ability to unite. Finnick reminds us to keep our hearts open, so we may fill them with a reason to keep going.
Cressida
We salute the visionary Cressida, for her unwavering dedication to the truth. Her commitment to capturing the world around us allows us to bear witness to the horrors we all face. We must seek the truth wherever we can, and in doing so become more honest and true.
Gale Hawthorne
Strategic thinking is our greatest defense against a surmounting threat. In Gale Hawthorne, we see a compassionate guardian, one who will safeguard the freedoms we stand for. Protection is what District 13 prides itself on, and something we must all honor as we march toward our brighter future.

As we combat the forces against us, we must remember we are fighting for something larger than ourselves and our own lives. Boggs reminds us of the honor in the fight, the principles that fuel us and the loyalty that will define us. Here’s to Boggs, a true Pillar of the new Panem.
Prim Everdeen
Synonymous with compassion and caregiving is the beloved Primrose Everdeen, sister of the Mockingjay. Not only does she possess the ability to heal our wounded and the kindness of heart to do so, she proves that patience and understanding are virtues we must all strive for. When we feel selfish, may we look to her for inspiration.
Johanna Mason
Strength, determination and vigor. As we look forward to the next chapter in Panem, we look to those equipped with the will to make it great. We salute, Johanna Mason, for her strong will, purposeful defiance and for never failing to stand up for what she believes in.
