To say the very least, the Captain of the 501st was trying to keep a straight face at the final comment, but ended up getting very uncomfortable at the last moment. He didn’t even think anyone knew about the pinups, but then again? It wasn’t as if he really payed attention to them anyways.
Suffice to say, to the general population of the Galaxy, they were nothing more than numbers, and clones. They, in essence, couldn’t be anything else, and most didn’t even think the war would end with them alive. Either way, he couldn’t deny the nagging feeling that he should answer, but he didn’t know how to in the long run.
“The boy’s might.” He finally managed to get out even though he was still a bit hesitant in the long run to say anything, “I, don’t really have many interests.” Now, that was a lie --- he thought of a life outside of the GAR when the war ended, but that simply wasn’t possible for the time being. In fact, he tried to ignore most of the life outside of the 501st to keep him stable, but eventually, that would come back to bite him in the long run.
It was then that he rubbed the back of his head for a moment, “I’ve been doing decently, Ahsoka. Just been thinking about a few recent things is all. Nothing much, but my mind keep’s going back to a person from long ago.”
