The fact that Clark Baxtresser is involved in the new Starkid musical is making me emo. I love it when og members get involved with their new projects.

Edit: y’all Ik about VHSCC (I was literally listening to it yesterday) and him being there for concerts and stuff but we only see sm of that from Meredith’s vlogs. I meant more so with the kickstarting, launching and live-streaming part of projects.

Unpopular Opinion: I love Jane’s A Car

Don't get me wrong I understand a live Zoom love scene may be a hardwatch for some(believe me I saw the uncut version) but I feel like people’s obsession with that overshadowed a powerful story about grief and survivors guilt. I remember one of the Lang brothers discussing a theory during a live about whether or not the events of Jane’s a Car even happened or if it as just Tom being tortured by his guilt.

Honorable Mention: I have to give Matt and Nick their flowers for the writing here, it literally gave me chills while watching the episode. I am forever obsessed with this line.

Fig’s anger towards Sarah Lynn

Figs anger at Sarah Lynn throughout Fantasy High is so frustrating because it's so realistic. It's so impressive how the teenage girl experience is at the forefront of Emily Axford’s mind and it made Fig a much more dynamic character. I definitely understand how it may unsettle people while watching but I think it also starts a conversation about how society holds mothers and fathers to a different standard.
