Coming back to this, I decided to browse tags, and, well...

Over 50% of trans men and nonbinary people assigned female have experienced sexual assault.

Trans people in the USA are about 3 times more likely than cis women to struggle accessing abortion related healthcare following abortion bans.

Trans and intersex people are at least twice as likely to attempt a self managed abortion than cis women.

And, I don't have a link at hand, but pregnancy has been used as a tool of forced detransition.

People will say “nobody treats transmasculine people like predators” and in the same breath say every transmasc or trans man who attempts to differentiate their manhood/masculinity from cis manhood/masculinity is just doing so to evade taking accountability for harm caused and to get away with hurting people (women, in particular).

I don’t know who needs to hear this but being treated like a predator isn’t just being called a predator it’s also people assuming your intentions are nefarious and assigning behavior (and imagined future actions/past transgressions) to you that they have no proof of being real under the guise of “keeping other people safe”.

Trans Men/Mascs Don’t Have Male Privilege

It’s pisses me off that all people within the queer community say that trans mens/masc have male privilege but we’re seen as men, when we face so much oppression as being AFABs especially in healthcare.

Bcuz when we trying to an appointment for a gynecologist we’re told “this is for women only” when we’re having issues like UTIs, painful sex, birth control or abortions. Some trans men/masc are scared to use public restrooms or leave our homes, due to fear of being assaulted or harassed.

The only male privilege that trans men/mascs have is that we are seen as men.

"We're not saying trans men experience no oppression, but they are privileged over trans women because oppression against trans men isn't as severe as against trans women." Even if we took this argument as true- it's not- it would still be a misuse of the word "privilege." Privilege isn't "being less oppressed." Privilege is "benefitting from the oppression of another group." Trans men don't benefit from transphobia, misogyny, or transmisogyny; they are victimized by the former two, and the latter is a combination of the former two things that victimize them. Trans men are not privileged over trans women, even if we were to concede that they weren't "as oppressed" as trans women.
