i miss everybody :(
what is the coolest design you've ever done for someone?
“I did this 3D sort of design that was really hard to do, and I definitely wasn’t used to doing something like it, but it was so worth it once I got to finish it and the customer really liked it too, and it’s actually a business logo now, so I’m pretty proud of it.”
What's your biggest fear?
“Lily in any sort of pain, or growing up the way I did. That kid deserves the best kind of life there is, and I’m going to make sure she gets it.”
Fiona Gallagher in every episode of season 7

The sky was dark as the car rolled up to the sidewalk; the air had a nip that Amaury noticed the instant he stepped outside, the cold sinking past his skin-tight clothing. Electing to ignore that as the car sped away, Amaury counted the cash in his hands again before tucking into the pocket of the leather jacket he was wearing, the only piece of warm clothing he was wearing. Glancing up, his brown eyes instantly landed on the person nearby and the blond flashed them a wolfish grin. “Can I help you?
Rina has been here for practically her entire life. Being around the Desert Wolves as a vulture was definitely eye-opening since it made her see all the dark, little secrets a lot of her neighbors seem to have. Whether they wanted to show it or not, you pick up a thing or two - such as the things they like, dislike and what they actually do for a living - if you just pay close attention. “I’m not here to be your customer, pretty boy.”
Eva stood on a curb waiting for her car to arrive and take her home, just a few feet away from a building roped off with crime scene tape. When someone approached, she took a quick glance over her shoulder toward the door. “I wouldn’t count on it, darling, they’re closed for the rest of the day,” she explained. “Something about cleaning up blood, I didn’t see it myself but I think it got rather ugly. Then again, what else is new around here?”
“And who are you, darling?” Rina asked with a roll of her eyes. If there was one thing she really didn’t like, it was being called pet names by people she didn’t even know. She could’ve excused it if she was someone she knew but she wasn’t and she wasn’t entirely sure why she was on defensive mode but Rina didn’t really feel like backing down at this point. “Ah, an expert on Clearmont. How lucky of me to be in your presence.”
Unloading of deliveries is easily Ophelia’s most detested part of her job, it’s always hell on her arms due to a severe lack of upper body muscle but it was an unavoidable part of owning her own business. On her tiptoes she reaches to towards the back of the truck to grab one of the last tray of flowers, slightly heavier than the rest, and attempted to navigate across the sidewalk to the entrance of her shop. It’s at the door she realises that she’s unable to get in with the large box in hand, as she’s working out a solution she spots an approaching person “Hi sorry, would you mind opening the door for me? Kind of got myself in a bit of a muddle here.”
“You probably should’ve thought of that before you started carrying heavy things all by yourself,” Rina said rather bluntly. She was on her way to pick Lily up from school and the last thing she needed was people getting in her way or letting her daughter wait for her. “I mean, really, you probably could’ve thought things through just a little bit better there,” she said as she opened the door to the shop to let the other woman inside.
do you regret anything?
“Nah, it’s all in the past and I can’t change the past so there’s really no fucking point in crying over things that have already happened.”
what are your five year goals?
“Keep Lily happy, make sure she’s still in school and doing well in it, to become more financially stable than I am now. I mean, if you’re waiting for something like ‘I want to get married, I want to fall in love’ and all that crap, then don’t hold your breath. All I want is to just give my daughter a brighter future, and maybe leaving Clearmont is the way to go but since I can do my job practically anywhere, I’m staying for awhile to make sure Lily stays rooted. I know I should prepare for the future and all that shit, but I’m doing a good job now. I know I am, so I’m just going to continue what I’m doing and prepare for when bad things start happening.”
With everything’s that’s been going on in the town, Rina could use a night just to herself. She had asked Rico to help out with babysitting Lily, and the evening started perfectly, with Rina getting some of her favorite food from her favorite diner and enjoying it all by herself. Around the time she got herself some ice cream, she realized that she’d be having more fun if she was with her daughter. Being alone was something she needed but a few hours was good enough to be away from her daughter, she believed, and her wits were back with her as she bought candy not only for Lily but also for Rico. Try as she might, she was attached to the guy and it helped that he was pretty good with Lily and was always around whenever she needed a sitter. “Hey, I’m back early,” Rina called out as she got herself into her place and put up her coat by the door. “Mommy!” There was no mistaking the large smile that formed on her face upon seeing her angel run up to her and Rina crouched down to give her a hug and to press plenty of kisses to her face. “I got you some candy, though we won’t eat a lot, okay? It’s already late and we don’t want you on a sugar high. I got you both some candy,” she said as a greeting upon seeing Rico.

❝ oh! sorry, am i in your way? shit. ❞ she paused, looking down at the mess around her. ❝ sorry, i’m just… i got a test coming up, just trying to find a way to remember all’a this. ❞ hands move to her hips, teeth biting down on her bottom lip. ❝ oh, right. want me to… ah, move it? i can.. go somewhere else? ❞
“actually, yeah, you are,” rina said as she looked down at the mess as well. she was on her way to pick up lily from school and though she wasn’t in any hurry, she didn’t want her daughter to wait too long for her to pick her up. “gee, i don’t know, maybe?” rina sarcastically said and resisted the urge to roll her eyes. “i mean, it’s not like you’re not letting people pass by or anything.”
How do you really feel about Woody being home?
“Shit’s ‘bout to get a whole lot messier, that’s for sure. The balance I’ve gotten used to in the past five years won’t be the same and I know he didn’t really expect to come home and be a dad - and before you get on my fucking back about not telling him, I got my reasons. I don’t know, things have just… changed. I’ve changed. He’s changed, so I don’t really know what to fucking feel. I’m happy he’s no longer in jail, though, if that means anything.”

After the showdown that happened last night, it was no surprise that Rina wanted nothing more than to just hole herself up at her place and have a Disney movie marathon with her daughter, but it seemed like the universe wasn’t going to give her what she wanted, not this morning when she woke up and Lily wanted a specific type of cereal that they just ran out of. Rina managed to intake a cup of coffee to keep her sanity with her as she and Lily drove to the supermarket to get that cereal her daughter wanted and it was there that Rina bumped into Brody, someone she could respect from afar since he willingly agreed to her plan of not telling Woody about her pregnancy and about Lily in general while he had been in jail. “Do not tell me that I look like crap because I know it, I feel it, and I don’t need you to point it out,” Rina muttered as she ran a hand through her curly hair and asked the question that had been tormenting her since last night. “Woody’s pissed as fuck. That’s not even a question, because I know it. I know him. You know him, but is he... I mean, how’s he... taking it?” Rina asked, her voice low, as she held on tightly to Lily’s hand.
