went shooting down at the Utah Hogle Zoo on saturday and learned some things bout photographing caged animals from a few other super cool photographers and photojournalists

I really like your work :) Do you do video as well or mainly photography?

I do photography for the most part but i am working on a short "documentary" for my photography class so maybe I will put a link on my blog or something when its done which should be soon-ish

woke up at four am an went on a six mile hike up to lake blanche, its amazing that you can get this kind of beauty after a 25 minute drive out of down-town salt lake...

this photo is of a tiny flower with a minuscule fly on one of the petals, this is one of my favorite photos that I have ever taken.

the colors on this mushroom were so bright that I just had to take a photograph I believe that this particular mushroom is an "Amanita muscaria var. formosa", however I could be wrong.

A miniature landscape, even a small clump of moss on a log covered in lichen can be a landscape, sometimes even more interesting than a large landscape because of the level of detail in the scene.
