Whumpee who began to associate the tiny cage/cell that they were kept in with safety. It was the only place Whumper didn't torture them, after all.

After they're rescued, they start seeking out small, almost claustrophobic spaces to hide whenever the outside world gets too much.

the kind they sell for big dogs. it comes with a mat for the bottom and a tarp to put over it at night. no lock, sadly. but whumpee will learn what happens to their fingers when they try to stick them out to fiddle with the latch. they'll be well trained in no time.
