What an excellent question! This might sound really silly, but my least favorite is writing kissing. It's difficult and awkward and I haven't done much of it.
My favorite is probably editing, so long as I'm in the mood for it. Getting to read fics catered specifically to me is of great pleasure. It's difficult if I'm not in the mood for it, because then it's about as fun as editing an essay you've already spent hours suffering over, but generally speaking it's my favorite part of writing (writing itself is fun, of course, but there's also the stress of getting what I mean written down while I'm thinking about it, before it disappears).

Just as Ed suspected, Alphonse was pale by the time they arrived in central. His eyes were cloudy and his body swayed in motion with the train. Edward didn't dare to bring it up at the moment, he just linked arms with Al and picked up both of their suitcases. He walked a little slower to keep from dragging Al behind him. At least the walk was ingrained in his memory. They'd gone to and from that station more times than he could count.
By the time they got back to their apartment Al had gone completely silent. His skin had a familiar blue hue to it that signaled a lack of blood. He could see Alphonse stand on edge at the sound of him transmuting one of his automail fingers into a point.
“Hey, it's okay. You're okay.” He whispered to Al, knowing he couldn't understand. He took a deep breath and slit his wrist in one quick motion. That was the easy part.
Al smelled the blood immediately and grabbed Ed's wrist, bringing it to his mouth and biting into it. He hissed at the sensation, it never got easier. The process was draining physically for him and emotionally for Al. Ed knew how much he hated the action of drinking from him. In a clearer state of mind, he would always refuse. He waited until it was almost too late.
The suction of Al's lips made him dizzy. Small black dots danced across his vision as his life was removed from him and given to Al. He would do it again and again, for the rest of his life if they had to. He recovers quickly enough, almost as if his system knows to make extra blood for his brother. But the first two days always left him exhausted.
He jumped slightly as he felt warm skin brush against his own, Al offering a hand to squeeze, signaling to Ed that he'd drunk enough to recognize the situation. Ed accepted the offer and squeezed his brother's hand. It didn't do much for him, his arm was already numb, but he knew it made Al feel better when he accepted help from him.
