In your animatics, where'd you get the idea to just pelt Robotnik w/ bees?

In my first animatic with Eggman, I wanted to draw it in the first place because the original audio, from the Snapcube fandub of the Shadow game, had Alfred, the voice actor for fandub Eggman, do a funny gargle choking noise that I wanted to draw out. I thought it would be more funnier if he was choking because he was covered in sores and bumps from getting stinged so much and I thought a hornet gun was just funny.
