What to do, I just hit the lotto Oh-oh-oh (Lotto) Oh-oh-oh (Lotto)

This is my first time trying a portrait like this! I’m not even used to draw portraits, I don’t have enough patience in general... So this time I told myself “Hey, try drawing Chanyeol?” And I was in for my usual ‘semi realistic’ style. But I don’t know, I have this set of cool color pencils I bought recently, and I really wanted to try something for his red fiery hair! And then everything got out of hand.

Seven hours later...

I realize I’m actually able to make something decent. I mean, obviously I still need to work on the coloring, especially the skin (and the background but let’s pretend it doesn’t exist because it makes me want to cry). But the hair!!! I’m quite proud of the final result! I only started using color pencils last summer (throwback to Kokobop!Hun and his orange hair, I guess I have a thing for fiery hair!) and I’m half surprised/half proud of what I can do now.

P.S. : I had to take a pic with my phone because the scanner would mess the details on his hair... totally worth spending money for it...

P.S.² : Can we talk about the eyebrows? This is the first time I draw detailed eyebrows. Amazing.

Vampire!Yifan for @duizhangdeluxe! I wish I had a graphic tablet OTL but I tried my best, using an anime style (this is probably the only style I know how to draw...). I kept his outfit from my vampire edit, he kinda looks like Alucard now x)

The truth is I used to draw tons of manga as a teen and tbh this is what I’m best at... probably why I can’t make a decent portrait or colouring without making a drawing look half realistic ༼ ಥ ‿ ಥ ༽

Anyway, just waiting for my paycheck so I can buy pencils and give life to this with pastel blue and pastel purple anime hair（´◔౪◔）!

This blog will contain my drawings, new and old. They will be tagged by year, as I my oldest drawing in my dusty sketchbooks is from 2001 haha! 

I’ve drawing since elementary school, and I’m really trying to draw again, I’ve being using this poor sketchbook as a mousepad since 2012 now… I think it’s time to put an end to its misery!

I usually reproduce manga characters, sometimes I make portraits, realistic or not haha… I can take commissions, we’ll just have to discuss about it!

And yes, this blog is flagged as NSFW, because I like drawing butts.

So...  made this post one year ago

Starting this sideblog for my drawings, I remember “using this poor sketchbook as a mousepad since 2012 now…” it still makes a nice mousepad xD but look!!! 

After all this time there’s only 8 pages left!!! It makes me so happy, it’s like wow, I’m about to finally accomplish something!!?!!!!?? This poor notebook is five years old!!!

I wonder if I’ll complete it before 2018? Maybe I should make it a goal! New year new mousepad notebook?
