guys I really like michael olise can someone write a fanfic where reader is michael’s like roommate in germany cuz he can’t speak the language so he just decided to get a german roommate and she’s a streamer or something 😭😭 like imagine she’s just casually streaming walking around the house and he’s in the background at the kitchen table and her viewers see some random guy (cuz most people aren’t football fans they don’t know michael) and she casually says “yes i live with michael olise and yes he’s doing his french homework” you can make it roommates to lovers or just purely platonic but i need to read this bro it’s so funny in my head

michael kaiser hardly smiles. sure there’s the occasional smirk when he gets a goal, the little upturn of his lips when he wins an award, but most people would assume he’s just a cocky arrogant bastard.

he’s different with you though. being childhood friends, you and michael never had much to smile about. it was always never at the front of both your minds when you were just trying to survive.

so why, is he currently smiling at you like you just hung the stars for him, you may ask? michael kaiser, as in *the* michael kaiser just asked you to marry him. right on the pitch after his team lifted the world cup trophy. it was an absolutely astounding game, with japan up 2-0 in the first quarter and michael miraculously scoring a hattrick in the second, making the official score at stoppage time jap 2-3 germany, getting his team the title.

the ring was absolutely beautiful. it’s a platinum ring with an elongated oval diamond surrounded by tiny icy pavé diamonds, elegant yet still eye catching. the stadium hushed. not completely, but enough.

the roar dipped into a breathless hum as thousands of eyes turned to the center of the field, where michael kaiser: the cold-blooded prodigy, the genius striker who had just won the world cup single-handedly, now down on one knee in front of a girl with trembling hands and wide eyes.

his voice wasn't loud. his didn't need to shout, he just needed you to hear him.

"[reader],”he said, his voice rough, raw like he'd torn it from his chest.

"you’ve been my first memory... and my last thought every day since."

"i used to think love was weakness," he continued, "thought needing someone meant you weren't strong enough." michael looked up at you, eyes burning with fire and truth.* "but you made me realize that strength isn't being untouchable."

"It's letting someone see every broken part and still stay. and still choose me. so..."

he took a slow breath, a rare moment where michael actually looked afraid.

"marry me?"

not for glory, not for fame, but because he couldn't breathe right unless you said yes.

“of course i’ll marry you mihya” the words came out of your mouth so quickly you didn’t even get a chance to think twice. he puts the ring on your finger, still smiling like an idiot while he kisses you “i love you” “i love you too” the words were exchanged.

“and there you have it folks, michael kaiser has brought germany glory once again in the 2022 world cup at just 23 years old, just 8 years after their previous title in 2014. not only that, but he will walk out of this stadium a champion and engaged man to his fiance, [reader’s stage name]. absolutely beautiful.” the announcements were heard around the stadium, but you wouldn’t hear them over all the crowd’s cheers.

okay but hmo sports med student! & childhood friend! reader x kaiser

maybe reader was also from an abusive home and she met kaiser when she was walking down the street next to her house and they shared bread together and became friends after that but then yk the whole Michael gets arrested thingy so she doesn’t hear about it obviously cuz they said in the manga he pretty much only had one friend in the neighbourhood but said friend is the one who framed him

so she moves on and ends up going to med school in Japan and sends an email to anri when she hears about blue lock’s NEL (partially because she needs money and also because she thinks it would be interesting)

all the players in the NEL have to get mandatory checks and then she sees kaiser and they both realise it’s each other but don’t talk about it then at the end of the check up he grabs her wrist like “wait” and tells her to meet him in the cafeteria before her shift ends

then blah blah blah NEL stuff post NEL she gets an exchange programme opportunity to study at a school in munich and her and kaiser really bond a lot during the 47 day break between the NEL and u-20 wc

she goes back to Japan after a month in Munich (so 17 more days until u-20 wc arc starts) while he’s still in Germany and after he scores his hattrick against Costa Rica (the u-20 wc is in Japan) he decides not to head back to the hotel with the team but instead to go to her house and then at night they kiss each other and it’s not really the “im confessing my love” typa kiss it’s the “we can talk about this in the morning, just be mine tonight” typa kiss

idk where to go from here but im thinking

they both agree that there just better as friends at the moment on account that she’s “busy with med school” and “doesn’t wanna distract him from the wc” which we all know is a lie but whatever and he just goes along with it because kaiser is bad at feelings

she makes a random bet with him before the wc final like “if you win the wc I’ll grant you one favour you can ask for anything you want” so he crushes Japan in the final and texts her at like 2am “open the door” and “they made me do a bunch of stupid interviews” so she’s like ??? And opens her front door to see him standing there and she asks “so, what’s your favour?” And he says “I don’t want you to call me your best friend anymore” and in her mind she’s like ??? are you friendship breaking up with me rn mihya and says “what? then what do I call you?” and he says “your boyfriend” LIKE SHDJHSJSJ

okay but hmo sae’s twin sister! reader x bunny iglesias (friends to lovers)

maybe like reader moved to Barcelona for university or something either that or she’s a model anything really and she doesn’t know sae doesn’t like bunny and so her and bunny become friends and one day he’s like “wait what’s your last name?” and reader is like “itoshi, why?” and bunny’s just like “huh sounds familiar”

believe me I would write that bunny tells sae he’s friends with his sister while in the middle of a match to catch sae off guard but bunny’s on barcha’s 1st team and sae’s on re al’s 2nd team meaning they wouldn’t play against each other (sae at the start of NEL was too young to be in the first team but I think he’s old enough now according to some people online)

so my other thought would be that sae’s in Barcelona for an away game and him and reader go out for dinner and he’s driving her home when she gets a text and sae peeks over and is like “wtf”

obv without more about sae and bunny’s backstories I don’t think I could write this without it being ooc but it’s a thought

bonus: since sae doesn’t know rin is mad at him (he canonically just thinks rin is going through a rebellious phase) maybe reader knows rin is mad and tries to tell rin all the time like “bro you know sae doesn’t think you hate him right?” and rin thinks she’s just rage baiting him and it’s honestly just funny asl
