Ok, the colours look kinda wonky and I need a new and better scanner anyway, but it looks descent anyway. Basically it started out as simple doodles, but I felt the need to color it. Basically those are daily activities of Protector Aku. First half is just a simple calm dinner scene in his beautiful Japanese dining room. Second half is an activity that he HAS to do on a daily basis, in order to maintain balance of the darkness in himself or else it may take over him and make him return to his old evil roots. (thanks again to @claire-makes for this amazing headcanon! =D)

Yo @legendary ! You should hire me and we shall make a great movie based on Aku from Samurai Jack! XD

On the other hand, I suddenly came up with this idea about a Kaiju style movie about Aku turning cities into obliterated wasteland. Basically, Jack thought he destroyed Aku, but Aku reawakened in the modern time, but this time as a beastlike himself. Call it a new au of mine. =D Also tried out Cretacolor pencils and they are amazing! Definitely will stay with them, but I may also try Faber Castell.

I think the funniest thing you could do to the "give me liberty or give me universal omnicide!" guy who tried & failed to conquer Earth is stick him in group therapy with the guy who successfully conquered & tyrannically oppressed earth for thousands of years.

A few weeks ago in one of my servers we got asked "what other villains do you think could hold their own against Bill in a fight?" and then "what other characters do you think would get sent to Theraprism?" at almost the same time and I haven't been able to stop thinking about subjecting Bill & Aku to each other since.

the only way the rest of the patients can tell Aku and Bill have ended up friends is that now if one of them is being singled out both of them will gang up on the aggressor. Otherwise they'll still have constant arguments about how to govern humans and time portals and whose human nemesis is more embarrassing to lose to and extremely niche EDM genres.
