Aging is *literally* the process of your body breaking down like an ancient and damaged machine. It's the epitome of the REAL definition of "degeneration" and people act like it's some sort of "beautiful natural process" no bitch it's literally a disease. It's a built-in kill switch your body has and science has proven this kill switch can be turned off with the right treatments.

Same goes for death itself. "Natural" body death can also be stopped with the right treatments - in fact, there's a lot of overlap between anti-aging treatments that could exist in the next couple decades and the anti-death treatments that could show up in a similar amount of time.

Zoning laws should be nullified to the point of gutting them.

That Polish dude down the street should be able to sell pirozhki out of his garage if he wants to.

You shouldn't have to go to a place in the middle of town to get a quick bite or even an extended meal. If a person's means allow it, then why prevent it if they can keep up to health and safety standards?

Same goes for retail stuff, which would basically be a garage sale with better looks to it if whoever did it had any sense.

There should not be laws to prevent you from using your property how you want, so long as you can comply with all other laws for that sort of business.

To be absolutely clear, I am saying to allow the examples I suggested to exist, zoning laws as we have them in many places in the US would need to be cut severely in sheer number of laws. This was hyperbolically referred to as gutted.

I left in the part about meeting all other standards as a compromise and, to a certain degree, what I thought was, common sense.

Tldr: If you don't want industrial labor going on next to your home, keep industrial zoning as it is and convince your neighbors not to sell.
