Yeaaaaaaaaa, no. I’m expecting a block, I don’t care cuz this is bs. This is a Jensen anti who is using the prequel as an excuse to put out Jensen hate so it can be viewed as “justified”

…… cuz, you know, the prequel has given closet Jensen antis what they’ve been wanting for YEARS. The ability to completely trash Jensen while calling it “critiques,” and “standing up for their fave” from the evil, awful “abusive” Jensen. It’s horse crap. I know some just genuinely hate the idea of it, but those are just a select few.

This person, btw, originally claimed they saw the first three episodes of The Winchester’s and they couldn’t believe how horrible it was! Then, because of its awfulness, found a way to insult Jensen’s acting and his personal character. But wait!!! How did they see the first three episodes??? Alas, they were feverish and meant just the promos! That’s what they meant. Strange, then, how specific the “few episodes” comment was. And then also the “The first twenty minutes I was so bored” and waiting for something to happen comment. Huh… so did you hallucinate watching the episodes? Cuz if you think you watched something for 20 straight minutes you couldn’t possibly mistake that for randomly timed promos that are at most 2 minutes long. What could you have been waiting for to happen?

No. What actually happened is that you wanted to jump on the hate train and stupidly thought the show had already come out so you could PRETEND to have watched it just to throw out anti Jensen crap. Which, listen, if you hate Jensen then fine! I have no right to tell you who to be a fan of. Just don’t try to insult people’s intelligence by doing this shit and be honest that your an anti! I don’t understand how JA antis think they’re so sneaky and clever about the way they present themselves….. it’s pretty transparent guys.

This prequel bs is so much less about hating the premise and being so morally offended that canon could be given a different context, and WAY more about letting those actor stan colors fly- albeit totally justifiably and oh so different than those other actor stans who are way worse for doing the same things but for the wrong actor 🙄 Also, let’s be honest, if this prequel we’re instead a show about Sam raising his son NONE of these outraged fans would be hissing “SPN is about Sam and Dean!” “No Dean then no show!” You know who would be crowing about that? AA’s. And I wonder who would be telling them how immature they were being about a fucking tv show??? Hmmm 🤔

The prequel isn’t for me, but I’m not rooting for it to fail. It doesn’t affect me in ANY REAL LIFE HUMAN WAY and it doesn’t affect SPN. There are people attached to it whose jobs are dependent on it succeeding, so for them I hope it works out! I’ll NEVER root for something like a tv show to fail, if it means real world consequences for people. I’m not so petty. You don’t need to flood Jensen’s posts, or comment negatively to every prequel article. Even an entertainment writer commented on the bs!

Story time. Saw a "fascinating" discussion by some cockles tinhats earlier, apparently brought on by another idiot of the "former J2/now Jared stan" variety on Twitter, who was making fun of them for the whole "cockles vatican wedding" thing.

The basic gist of it being that someone(s) pointed out to them that the actual story of what happened during Jensen and Misha's Vatican tour is actually very well known, thanks to an interview Cliff gave a while ago. Out of curiosity, I hunted the Cliff interview down and also watched/read what Jensen himself has said on this subject (only ever mentioned it 2 times, to my knowledge).

Conclusion: Jensen, Misha and Cliff went on a private guided tour of the Vatican (led by an American priest), arranged by Danneel via a nun friend of her's. The tour included various sights normal tourists never get to see. The priest asked them if they wanted to partake in communion (possibly as part of some kind of little blessing ceremony) under a mosaic of Michael and Lucifer, because he knew Supernatural and thought it was fitting.

Cliff and Misha declined (due to them being not religious, it sounded like), but Jensen agreed and also got to follow the priest around and helped the priest dress apparently. Then Jensen partook in communion (note: ONLY Jensen, it was pretty clear from Cliff's story that only Jensen went along with the ceremonial/religious shebang, while he and Misha presumably just watched).

Then they moved on with the tour and even got to see St. Peter's grave. Apparently getting to see all these historically significant places normal mortals never get to see was absolutely "amazing" and "magical", according to Cliff. Also according to Jensen, who used the same words.

That's it, a nice adventure for all 3 of them that few people ever get to experience. Really cool.

But not in the mind of cockles truthers! Oh no, the actual version of events described above is apparently cause for DRAMA if presented to them. Because in their minds they have convinced themselves that this Vatican thing was a "special, very important Jenmish moment", that Jensen called it "magical" because the ceremony/communion under the mosaic was a romantic, significant moment with Misha. (Over the years, I've even seen some claim they had a "commitment ceremony" or got married. Seriously. In the Vatican. The heart of Catholicism. Uhuh. Sure, Jan.)

Cliff being there as well, and especially Misha (and Cliff) just standing around and watching while Jensen did his thing with the priest ruins the fantasies they've convinced themselves are the truth. They can't handle that, so they're throwing around the most idiotic arguments you'll ever see:

"Evil Cliff is lying! He's a homophobe and changed the story to make it less gay!" You don't have to like Cliff, I don't like him either, but if you actually watch his interview and consider the context he talked about this, it's very obvious he's not lying. Also, Jensen himself said the same things Cliff said during a con panel.

"The Vatican tour and the ceremony under the mosaic are two different events!" (No, they aren't. The ceremony/communion under the mosaic was a small part of the whole tour. Very clear from both Jensen's and Cliff's words.)

"But in this one sentence from a tiny magazine interview snippet, Jensen says to Misha "You and I went to the Vatican!", so it was only him and Misha!" Yes, he says that because he is talking directly TO Misha during that interview, you pea brain! Doesn't mean no one else was there.

"Im choosing to believe Jensen over mean lying Cliff!" No, you're not. You're clinging onto a tiny little magazine snippet, while totally ignoring Jensen's other, more detailed, statements about the subject. In which JENSEN HIMSELF said that a group of them went on a tour of the Vatican and he mentioned the exact same details (Danneel's nun friend etc.) that Cliff mentioned during his interview.

It's hard to believe this level of delusion (or denial) and the sheer stupidity of it all (not to mention the lack of reading comprehension).

At this point, I can't even begin to determine who the bigger morons are, the J2 tinhats and all their easily disproven, non-existent "evidence" and "slip ups" or the cockles tinhats and their delusional fantasies they've made up in their own heads and now treat as fact, even when presented with undeniable proof to the contrary (though I guess I shouldn't be shocked by the latter, since not even Misha coming out as straight made them pause for a sec, now they all just think Misha was forced to/chose to go back into the closet ~for reasons~). Tough call.

What happened on the set of Rust was a real tragedy and to see @UraniaChang (who is an extreme Jared fan) saying that the bullet should've hit Jensen instead is horrible they are really showing that they are no better than aa's and hellers.

I mean, 0% surprised. Expected someone to say that before now, tbh, especially after the 'Jensen knows how to handle firearms, so why didn't he do the armorer's job?!?' bullshit at the time.

The only thing more pathetic then saying it in the first place is frantically trying to backtrack and pretend it was about something else when it got a negative response. 'Oh my entire blog is Jared & bitching about SPN and I use that exact derogatory nickname for Jensen in my header, but that post immediately after more news on that event using the same nickname on said fandom blog was ... totally about some random local politician nobody would know!!!'

Jared stans are as deranged (if not worse) than any other faction of the spn fandom. But in addition, they're also arrogant and delusional enough to nevertheless think they're somehow superior/better/more intelligent. Which is hilariously stupid.

I do sometimes wonder why some Jared stans are insistent on making Jensen out to be some directionless actor who needs Jared or anyone else to help him along in his career ambitions. Jensen has been in the business for over 20 years yet they talk about him as if he needs life lessons on how to be famous. I'm just tired of people acting like Jared has his life together while Jensen doesn't since he is not a lead on a new show. I'm happy for Jared but that narrative keeps bothering me.

Yeah, it strikes me as particularly ridiculous.

It could just be part and parcel of the basic stan narrative package that the fave has to be the best/most rewarded/most recognizable at all the things they ever do. Perhaps some lingering genuine cluelessness that an actor could only want to take the most prominent role on the biggest project that would hire them as a lead and/or position on the callsheet is the only thing that matters (that one's an old favorite, after all).

However, considering that the ultimate originating source for this particular narrative always seems to trace back to a couple of supposedly-not-stan blogs claiming to be ITK? I think it's ultimately far more about those individuals "proving" they know what they're talking about ... by telling the stan audience they're courting exactly what they want to hear. It's like Goob, but by blogs that have actually at least vaguely heard of the concept of subtlety. Which, even if they're not lying? Just comes off as a comically absurd lack of self-awareness, given how demonstrably successful Jensen actually is ... while their major claim to fame is sitting around on tumblr bleating on about how every actor on earth would make Jared's choices if only they could and they themselves could totally manage a career in entertainment better than Jensen does. But Jensen doesn't use social media a lot, he mostly just uses it to promote stuff and to keep up with work colleagues or buddies of his, so I don't find it that strange and don't think it means anything.

Jared stans are horrible, there is a group here tumblr that spend day and night defaming him, the worst is such a blog HOLOGRAMY COWBOY, because he pretends to be a fan of JA but the content of his blog so derogatory with Jensen

Yeah, they spend every day of every week hating on anyone who isn't Jared (especially Jensen recently) instead of focusing on him. And the funny thing is, they like to accuse others of doing that, but the only people I see who incessantly talk shit about their not-faves or other spn fans even are Jared stans (they are the only ones who contantly take screenshots of random people on Twitter, Tumblr, Tiktok etc to make fun of them or drag them for having different views. I rarely see other factions of the fandom do that, and I find it particularly nasty).

And yeah, Jared stans like to pretend to be all kinds of things (men, industry experts, "former Jensen fans") because they think it gives their word vomit more legitimacy and makes them more believable, but no one with any brain cells is going to fall for their shit hopefully.

Minions are at it again, saying Misha cares more about female scene partners than Jensen. There are multiple interviews from women saying Jensen went out of his way to make them confortable during filming but even if there wasn't...Misha, really? The same Misha who said he got excited fake beating up his "wife" when filming Karla, who according to him used tongue when kissing actresses seemingly without their consent during chemistiry tests because he thought that was normal (sure Jan), rme!

While there are plenty of stans in this fandom obsessed with "winning", nobody is more ridiculous about it than minions and hellers. They really seem to think that life is a video game and Misha is their player character, and if they can sell him as ~*so amazing*~ that shows how superior they are for choosing him to stan! Problem is, of course, that you have to be really fucking delusional to buy into any of their "proof" because they are so consistently, laughably full of shit about who and what Misha actually is.

Misha was totally the best actor on SPN! No, there is nothing on earth that will justify those accents and bizarre facial contortions as good acting, let alone better than anyone else's. Misha does the most charity! Even if you count keeping himself solvent as a charity project and ignore how shady and cagey about disclosure all of his schemes charity projects are, nope. Misha is the best LGBT+ activist! Queerbaiting is activism, apparently, who knew? Nobody else has consistently promised things they knew wouldn't happen, sold merch based on the hopes he encouraged, or had to come out as straight. Misha cares the most about us! Only if by "us" you mean "our money" considering the ever growing number of stories of him snubbing fans. Misha tells us the truth about what was going on BTS! LOL, yeah, the guy whose story changes every time he opens his mouth, that's truthful. Etc.

This is just the latest in a long (oh-so-long) line of boasts that bear no resemblance to reality. Misha cares the most about female scene partners! Yeah, pretending ignorance that you don't tongue-duel scene partners and bragging about getting off on faking beatings and perving on schoolgirls really gives off that 'considerate and respects women' vibe!

You know Misha only pulls this shit when Jared and Jensen aren't in the vicinity. When they are it quickly becomes, "it was open to interpretation".

You know, I generally like to give people the benefit of the doubt. We all make mistakes, right? However. There's a point at which I think you just have to accept that they're not actually mistakes when they follow the same general pattern to the same specific end over and over and over again, though.

Misha totally just doesn't understand fandom! Still. After over a decade of seeing the shippers go apeshit every time he talks sexually about Dean/Jensen or makes a shady "joke" about Jared. How could he possibly know that they'll do what they've done every single time all over the social media of everyone involved?!? No, I don't expect the actors to be part of the fandom, or to gatekeep their every normal action/interaction according to how fandom might react. I see a vast difference between that and repeatedly saying pointedly sexual or derogatory things and then pretending to be deaf, dumb, blind, and dead stupid when it gets the same batshit response the fifth or fiftieth time.

Misha has a bad memory and can't keep his stories straight! Except ~*somehow*~ the stories he tells when J2 are far away and he thinks what he says won't get back to them (no recordings)? Those are always more misleading and bait-y than when he's at a J2con or directly doing a panel with them. His memory just so happens to deviate the most from known facts when no one is likely to call him on it ... funny how that works out! Not to mention that his supposedly out-of-sight stories always seem to mutate over time to more and more match exactly what his fans want to hear - he's an underappreciated victim, their ship(s) are real, Cas was totes coming back in the finale, etc.

This is not one mistake. This isn't even a string of unconnected questionable choices. This is an overarching pattern of behavior of queerbaiting and stringing along his fans to get them to keep giving him money by telling them what they want to hear to exactly the extent he thinks he can get away with at any given moment. He's lucky that so many of the sheep he's fleecing are so damn willing to be fooled and either ignore his inconsistencies or make up excuses for him.
