Hi hi! So my name it's Roi/Charlie, and I use any pronoun but I prefer he/him!
So I'm like drawing and writing (thought I don't do this one as much as I'd like), I also like to sing and read a lot.
My first language it's Spanish so expect spelling mistakes, I'll try my best but I'm still learning.
I like DC, greek mythology (I'm still learning so correct me if I get something wrong), Epic, PjO, Fnaf, Qsmp, Marvel, Resident Evil, animals so I mostly will do drawings about these fandoms!

Neoptolemus returns to Ithaca after a trip in search of information about Odysseus and the only thing he wants to do is meet someone who gives him a reason to continue even if he continues to deny it.
Minho: What time is it?
Thomas: Idk, pass me that saxophone and we'll find out.
Thomas: *Plays loudly and extremely out of tune*
Newt: WHO THE SHUCK IS PLAYING SAXPOPHONE AT 3 IN THE MORNING
Thomas: It's 3 in the morning
I find the decision to make Alby be the one who found Newt and brought him back to the Glade honestly heartbreaking. It could've been anyone else. It would've made more sense for it to be a Runner٫ if it had to be anyone at all٫ yet it was still Alby٫ breaking two of the Glade's rules to go look for his best friend٫ not really knowing whether he'd make it back in time. He would've rather died than leave Newt alone in the Maze for the night :(
also the fact that he (and Newt) were one of the main people in leadership and put SO much importance on order and the rules, and ‘not going into the maze unless you are a runner’ being the literal number one rule yet he still broke it just to save him. And he couldn’t have possibly known for sure what happened to him or if he was still alive, and he did it knowing there was a chance he’d just be bringing back Newts dead body.
and Alby as a character wasn’t all that sentimental in the way that he definitely saw people that he was close to die (george in the fever code and the fact that he must’ve also been close with Nick, who died before thomas came up), which is just one of many things that show rhat his and newts relationship was different to others.
modern!Au Varian and Davdev‼️‼️(the version of my story).
Close ups:
So uuuuh it's been a while since I posted in this fandom jijiji things happened. However, I want to introduce to you my version of Varian that I've been working on this time: Davdev. He is a magical creature from the celtic forests, he lives with her cousin, Clarís (Rapunzel but aja), with his aunt, Anais and her mother (Ulla, didn't change her name). They are light protectors, with different powers and responsibilities; in Davdev's case, he protects the balance wheel, providing protection and justice, along with her cousin.
As you can notice, I'm taking inspiration from the Hindu religion and mythology, because this is part of a personal project that someday I want to show you, tho the project is more focused on the culture from my country and my own continent. Anyways, you would help me A LOT if you have facts about Hindu mythology and religion, info is always welcome!!
Imagine: Frypan Teasing You About Your Crush On Newt
“You’re burning it.”
Frypan’s voice cuts through your thoughts, calm but just loud enough to make you jump.
You blink.
“…What?”
“The bread,” he says, nodding toward the pan in front of you.
You look down.
Oh.
Right.
The bread.
Which is definitely darker than it’s supposed to be.
“…Shuck,” you mutter quickly, grabbing the pan and pulling it off the heat before it gets any worse.
Frypan snorts beside you, arms crossed as he watches you try to salvage it.
“Glad to see you’re fully focused today.”
“I am focused,” you shoot back, maybe a little too fast.
Frypan raises an eyebrow.
You avoid looking at him.
Because you know exactly why you weren’t paying attention.
And unfortunately—
So does he.
“Mm,” he hums, completely unconvinced. “That’s why you’ve been staring out that window for the last five minutes, yeah?”
“I have not—”
“You have.”
“I was just—”
“Looking at Newt.”
You freeze.
Completely.
Slowly, you turn your head to look at him.
“…I wasn’t staring.”
Frypan doesn’t even hesitate.
“You were.”
“I wasn’t.”
“You were.”
“I wasn’t,” you insist again, quieter now—but there’s no real confidence behind it.
Frypan just stares at you for a second.
Then—
“…You’ve got it bad.”
Your stomach flips.
“I do not.”
“Right,” he says dryly. “Because people who don’t have it bad definitely burn bread while watching one specific person walk across the Glade.”
You open your mouth—
Then close it again.
Because… yeah.
That’s exactly what you were doing.
Frypan leans casually against the counter, clearly enjoying this far too much.
“How long’s this been going on?” he asks.
You busy yourself with the pan, scraping at the slightly-too-browned edge like it’s the most important thing in the world.
“It hasn’t been going on,” you mumble.
“Uh huh.”
“It hasn’t.”
“Then why do you know his schedule better than he does?”
Your head snaps up. “I do not—”
“You do,” Frypan cuts in, pointing a spoon at you. “You know when he checks the gardens, when he meets with Alby, when he takes his breaks—”
“I work in the kitchens,” you interrupt quickly. “I see everyone.”
“Not like that.”
You falter.
Because… he’s not wrong.
Frypan watches your face carefully, and the second your expression softens just slightly—
He grins.
“There it is.”
You groan, dragging your hands down your face. “Please don’t start.”
“Oh, I’ve already started,” he says easily.
You let out a quiet breath, shoulders dropping a little.
“…It doesn’t matter anyway,” you say after a second.
Frypan’s grin fades just slightly.
“Why not?”
You hesitate.
Then shrug, keeping your eyes on the counter.
“Because it’s Newt.”
Frypan frowns. “And?”
“And…” you trail off, shaking your head. “He’s—he’s Newt.”
You don’t know how else to explain it.
The way he carries himself.
The way people listen when he speaks.
The way he always knows what to do.
The way he looks at you sometimes—
You stop that thought immediately.
Frypan studies you for a second longer.
Then asks, more gently this time—
“You think he wouldn’t feel the same?”
Your chest tightens.
You let out a small, quiet laugh, like the idea is ridiculous.
“…No.”
Frypan doesn’t look convinced.
“Why?”
You shrug again, but it’s weaker this time.
“Because he doesn’t.”
“You sure about that?”
You open your mouth to answer—
And then you make a mistake.
You glance out the window again.
Just for a second.
Just to look.
Newt’s still out there, standing with Minho now, arms crossed, listening to something Minho’s saying. But he’s not fully paying attention—you can tell.
Because his gaze shifts.
And lands on you.
Your breath catches.
You don’t look away fast enough.
And now he knows you were looking.
Your heart stumbles as his expression changes slightly—something softer, something almost amused—and then, just barely—
He smiles.
At you.
Small.
Subtle.
But unmistakably for you.
You turn back to the counter immediately, heart racing.
Frypan sees everything.
“…Yeah,” he says slowly, like he’s just proven something. “You’re right. He definitely doesn’t feel the same.”
You shove his shoulder lightly. “Shut up.”
He laughs, stepping back toward the stove.
“I’m just saying,” he continues, still grinning, “if you’re gonna stare at the poor guy like that, you might as well do something about it.”
You shake your head quickly. “No. Absolutely not.”
“Why not?”
“Because I like my life the way it is,” you say, grabbing another piece of dough just to give your hands something to do. “And I’m not ruining that by—by making things weird.”
Frypan hums thoughtfully.
“Or,” he says, “you’re scared.”
You pause.
“…I’m not scared.”
“You’re scared.”
“I’m not.”
“You are.”
You glare at him.
He just shrugs, completely unbothered.
“Doesn’t matter,” he says. “You’ll figure it out.”
