interest check! Farm sim type roleplay! (18+)

hi! i’m kain, and me and some friends are doing an interest check on a farming sim type roleplay!

do you like stardew valley? do you like harvest moon/story of seasons games? maybe even rune factory, or my time at portia? we’re trying to do a roleplay group that would fit into the style these games have and still cater to a bit of rpg elements. character likes/dislikes/etc will be hidden from view until discovered, along with backstory, etc. a little mystery encourages interaction! we’ll be trying to set up a relatively simple item system and maybe, a system or bot for mines/enemies

but first, we’re looking for an assortment of players! were trying to fill the tropes and character archetypes that usually appear, along with 3-4 “new farmers” characters like: builder/contractors, mayor (and their family), social outcast, researcher/scientist/archaeologists, doctor, shop owners (food/tools/farming/etc), and then a number of other optional ideas, should you have one that strikes your fancy!

we will have a romance system too, since we all know thats a big draw in farming sim potential. romance options are not gated behind whether or not a game lets you have them, rather if the player themselves is okay with it. this also opens options for poly potentially.

we are looking for 18+ players who are open to loose and fun roleplay styles of all sorts of lengths, of all sorts of preferences and genders. we prefer 18+ because all three mods are 20 and over, but nsfw will not be roleplayed in the server itself. we’re gauging how many people we can get involved before we start getting too crazy with building the server itself, and so we can get input from our players also on what they’d like to see or get out of it.
