Lard Nar chuckled a little to himself as he stared at Rhys. “That’s funny, because… I’m not wearing anything under my clothes, either.”

Rhys cooed and tilted her head, eyes narrowed with a smile. [I’ve got a few more reports to finish so I’m about an hour do you want to meet in my quarters or yours?] She leaned over and gave him a quick kiss on the cheek before anyone noticed.

Lard Nar rubbed the side of Rhys’ face and said, “I’ll go to your quarters this time. Say… 1800 hours? Do you think you’ll be done by then?”

Rhys leaned into his hand and nodded. [I will. See you later captain] She gave him a wink before heading off to do her work.

Lard Nar chuckled. He felt so lucky with Rhys. She was so caring and beautiful. She made living and working with the Resisty a whole lot more bearable.

As promised, Lard Nar arrived at Rhys’ door at 1800 hours. This time, he had changed out of his captain’s uniform into what amounted as a Vortian suit. He took a deep breath before knocking on Rhys’ door.

Red cleared his throat as he stepped into Zim’s base. “This is interesting. Is this what human architecture is like?”

Zim smiled at him. “”Maybe! You don’t look that bad as a human!” His blushed lightly, letting him walk inside.

He nodded. “Sort of, but my stuff looks way better!” He proudly said, turning to face him, a happy smile on his face.

“I can see how you’ve incorporated an... irken look to it,” Red said. “It might set off some suspicion, but the humans are so stupid, you might be just fine.” Red turned back towards Zim and crossed his arms. “So... about this date? What’s going to happen?”

Red plopped himself down onto his couch next to Susan before scooting up next to her. “I’m starting to wonder if the Irken race is as smart as we say we are. I’ve dealt with more idiot Irkens than you’ll ever know. I’m just glad that I can get off of my feet and be with someone… smarter.” Red brought himself closer until he was nudging his body against Susan’s.

Susan was, as usually, meddling with something on the couch. It wasn’t really anything yet, but Sue seemed to be having fun. Looking over as she felt Red approach, she was.. confused really.

“Aren’t you sweet.”

Sue stated with a small smile, setting her device away and leaning into the Irken.

“What happened today though? You seem pretty upset with your crew.”

Red smirked. “Oh, the usual. A couple of negligent drones were fooling around on the 3rd deck and somehow managed to blow up one of the power conduits, which caused a power outage on that deck. Not only do I have to go through the trouble of shooting them out into space, but I had to make sure the power got back on...”
