So I didn’t disappear I was just very busy and needed a little break from the comics, but we are here again and with one of my favourite parts by far, the ones who guessed that Willow would be the one to safe Rowan you were totally right! What's DJ's opinion on Branch's brothers? Does she like or hate them? Or is she neutral towards them?
Hi! I did not disappear btw I was just really busy lately, and I love when people ask me this kind of questions so first of all thank u!
I wouldn't say shes neutral about them because she has of course a personal opinion about them but she doesn't hate them. She doesn't like that they left a kid alone, and of course took some time for her to get used to them again but if Branch is open to have them in his life then she is too.

In my AU as I stated before Suki is with Creek the only ones in the snackpack older than Branch, but when Brozone left she was still really little to process what happened.
Melody and TJ (Dj's parents) after Willow and Rowan got caught, kept in contact with the boys as they were family, but still found out too late when they left.
So growing up even thought she tried to still be close to Branch and he kept rejecting her approaches she kind of gave up with time, something that she feels kind of guilty about bit doesn't punish herself about it because she was still young
So she kind of empathizes with Brozone because she too made mistakes even if they weren't as big or as bad as theirs
(sorry if the deep explanation was too long, it's been a while since I answered anything from the au)
(DJ-related ask) So in your AU, where was DJ Suki during the events of the World Tour?
In the Roots AU Dj was with the snack pack, after the events of the first film she reconects with Branch as cousins again, it was not the same as when they were kids but he is still closer to her than the rest of the group (excluding Poppy of course). So when World tour happens she goes with Branch Biggie and Poppy at the beginning, but when Biggie leaves she goes with him to not leave him alone. They sneak in with the rest of the snack pack as in canon, the only difference is that she got reached by the rock string when the leaders did, the rest of the events would be as canon
I imagine her when they sneak in following the vibe the snack pack went with, as in rock starts but not the hard rock, her clothes were inspired by The Beatles. And one of the things that I would’ve loved to see in the second film will be different styles of rock and not only the hard rock style, that’s why I decided to inspire her transformation clothes on Janis Joplin but still keeping the dark aesthetic that the rock tribe has

Oh my god I didn’t disappear, here you have the new chapter, the ones who guessed it was Rowan were right, because we are back on the past timeline! And yes this couldn’t be a good AU without an enemies to lovers (we will elaborate in the next chapters)
A lot of what happened centers around that old pod that Branch and Poppy were visiting in the last chapter so we will be seeing more of the snackpacks parents and Willow and Rowans timeline.
