⊿ “Let’s call her June”. That’s what my parents must have thought when they decided to call me June. June. Why? I’m not even born in june. They knew people were going to make fun of my name. Above all in primary school! Kids were calling me January. I don’t even know why January and not another month. But now as a grown up, I understand. Well. Understanding might be a bit much but at least I don’t feel bitter about it. My name made me stronger. And even if now and then I can see people smiling when they hear my name, I tell myself that I have this power. They won’t forget me so soon ⊿

⊿ I never understood why people were always looking for “closure”. What does it mean? As if it could really help to have some “closure”. But now that you’re gone, I wish you had close the door. The door that I opened for you in my heart. Cause you know, when you’re hurt, sometimes you bleed. Well, me since you’re gone, I’m bleeding love. The problem is that I don’t get this love back. And I’m emptying myself so much that I’m not even sure there is enough love left for even myself. So yes, I wish you had closed the door. Like you closed yours. ⊿ I woke up this morning telling myself that I’ll write something deep. Something as a deep as the blue of a deep ocean. But now that I’m here I’m not really inspired. I’ve got things to do, words to say and no time to waste on a blank page. So instead I’m just going to name this “deep poem” and you can pretend you just read something really deep that is awaking.
You don’t need to thank me as we’re all pretending. I pretend I wrote something deep. You pretend you read something deep. The depth is really there in this superficial pretending game.
All this reminds me of life itself. ⊿

⊿ I knew you were in love.
I knew it and I pretended not to see it.
I knew you were in love with me cause I felt it, I saw it.
You were holding on me a bit too tight, starring at me a bit too long, talking about me a bit too loud. It was like I was the most wonderful thing you’ve ever seen. Even the silence was filled with your unspoken love.
I saw you smelling my pillow when you thought I wasn’t in the room. I felt you kissing the back of my neck when you thought I was asleep. I noticed your smile getting bigger when I entered the room even though you were mad at me.
I knew you felt out of love with me cause I knew when you were in love with me.
I knew it and I pretended not to see it.
I know that I’m in love. ⊿

Your question made me smile :) What do you mean with written a book? A published one? If your question is the latest, the answer is no (not that I don’t want to). And do I plan to? At the moment, I’m not working on any book project. 05/06/2017 I’ve decided to not delete this RR even though I wrote this right after it happened. I would like to say that Love is stronger than hate. We can feel sad, we can feel a bit angry but I believe we have to keep in mind that we’re stronger together! ⊿ How frustrating it is to love someone that only thinks about themselves.
I’ve always told myself that the worst thing that could ever happen to me is falling in love with a selfish human being.
Cause you must always have this question in your mind : Are they really just selfish or do they simply not love me enough ?
And this mind game is not the kind of losing game that I want my love life to include.
But here is the truth. The ugly one. The one that says that I’m in love with you. I’m so deep in that I give you everything and I expect nothing. And / you / give me nothing.
How frustrating it is to be someone that never thinks about themselves. ⊿
