hey guys i wanted to make a post about little things in life that bring people joy and i wanted your help. if you have an idea that you want to share please send me an ask or dm me because iâd love to see what things bring you guys joy đ„°đ„° it can be anything even if it seems really small it is still important if it brings you joy!!
things to remember:
you don't have to be perfect
having a bad day is ok
small steps are still progress
asking for help is strength
people love and care about you

thank you guys so much for supporting this account, i never thought something like this would happen. iâm so glad i can try and spread positivity to people and provide everyone with something to think about, thank you so so so much iâm so grateful for you guys đ„șđ„ș
almost nothing in life is over when you fail. thatâs whatâs beautiful about it: you can try again. if not now then later, if not later then tomorrow. so accept what didnât work, discover new approaches, and make use of the endless possibilities still ahead of you. youâre not a failure for not seeing success, youâre a learner for seeing progress in ways you may not like, but still help you move forward.
your progress doesnât have to be seen, celebrated or validated by others to be real. just because you prefer to get better without sharing that journey, doesnât mean itâs not valid yet. what youâre doing right now, the effort you put in, has always been and will always be something that you can be proud of yourself for, even if itâs on your own.
âItâs not your responsibility to be a version of yourself that you donât resonate with anymore, just because people are more comfortable with who you used to be. You donât have to take steps back in your growth or relive what youâve outgrown just to keep certain connections alive.â

It's not lazy, weak, childish/ immature, or "antisocial" to leave a situation because you're in sensory overload. It's self care.
One time we were shopping with my family, and my partner had to leave the stote to wait for us outside because of sensory overload.
My family didn't understand and thought that he was being "antisocial" and immature for leaving, and I say that's bullshit, so if you need to remove yourself from a situation I want to reassure you that it's fine. It's actually a great coping skill to use and is 100% better than forcing yourself to endure discomfort until you have a meltdown or shutdown.
to anyone who sees this,
have you had any water today? please have some even if itâs just a little bit youâll feel a bit better i hope!!
have you had anything to eat today? if not can you grab a snack please, your body needs energy so you can listen to music and have a boogie đ„°
and also when did you last stop for a minute? the world tells us we need to be constantly moving but that often just leads to being burnt out. so if you need a 10 minute break, take it. if you need to have a nap, please do.
taking care of yourself is so much more important than anything else, i donât care who tells you otherwise đ„°
i read something the other day thatâs stuck with me.
self care shouldnât be solely about becoming productive again.
instead it should be a reminder that you are worthy and important without productivity.
itâs okay to be tired if even you didnât do anything to âearnâ it. when youâre tired, youâre tired. you donât need to justify to other people what you âdidâ to feel run down
