Cathleen let go of a soft laugh at the girl’s statement. “I love everything with coconut in it, so I just take it from there. I’ve been on several cocktail parties before and then you try a couple while it lasts. If you like you can try it.” She offered. There was no point in ordering a drink if one wasn’t sure what it tasted like and if they would even like it. “North? I never heard that name before, precious sounds not that bad though. After all a baby is precious, so it’s only what comes to mind.” She smiled slightly, wondering if the girl was still in contact with her biological mother. “That would be wonderful if we had bad weather holidays. Although when the weather is actually nice I’d prefer spending it outside instead of in the office.” She shrugged her shoulders a tad, quickly shaking her head. “Oh thank you but I already took something an hour ago so hopefully the headache disappears completely soon. I’m glad to hear that, I don’t want to make a first bad impression by complaining all the time.”
Rosie listened intently as the girl spoke. She had always wanted to try different cocktails but she never seemed to get the courage to try something new. "Man I wish I could go to cocktail parties! The only one I've been to didn't even serve cocktails, it served champagne. Are you sure? I don't want to make you feel like you have to offer me some." She said seriously, she always felt bad when people offered her stuff just because they felt they had to. "That is also true. Well, then I wish we had holidays all year round but still earn the same amount of money. Now that would be the perfect world. Oh, or maybe a world where money actually grew on trees!" Rosie exclaimed now imagining a world where that was real and how great it would be. "That's alright. I hope for your sake it goes away soon. No, no, you've made a great impression so far! I hope I have too."Â
