I want to talk about this image for a second!!!
Of course we love seeing them both enjoy the coffee that Chamber buys especially for her at the christmas market but i want to talk about how they’re in her place (we’re going to assume it’s her place since we see the Space Needle - a fixture of her hometown)
This could very well be his first time there, or he could already be a regular visitor - either way, this has big implications of how much Viper trusts Chamber.
As established, Viper is said to be extremely private with her private life. And so letting someone in her house - not her lab, not her room at HQ, but a very domestic and personal place for her, is a really big display and indicator to us (the viewer) of how much she’s opening up to Chamber.
She’s letting him into her life outside of work. I’m not entirely sure how much the agents know about each other outside of their work lives, but giving someone your home address is pretty personal stuff.
Anyway, I like to think that in this image it’s basically Viper giving him the go-ahead, and Chamber is still utterly dumb unsure how to read signals.
I feel INSANE
More things i noticed in what remains of edith finch, Barbara addition.
Barbara has another award in the middle of the awards she got from my friend bigfoot, something from a "Washington Centennial" event she may have taken pride of getting
Like Sam Barbara has a ashtray with cigarette buds near her bed (even tho shes 16 but shh) next to her cake and a green phone.
Barbara must have really liked dresses, there are two shown clearly in her room (you could naybe count her uniform from the dinner as a dress)
Someone (likely edie) had moved Barbaras uniform from the railing to her room after she died
Most of a fun fact but in the beta version when they were designing Barbara's room. originally instead of her having a shrine and the comic book about her death was on top of it sitting down on her bed to read it. You had to slide it from under her door and sit down on the ground to read it.
~~
Can you tell who's my favorite finch🥹
Some small things i noticed in WRoEF
In Edith Sr's room there's a small version of the house before more things were added,
There are also handprints from every generation.
First: Molly 1943 (6), Barbara 1949 (6), Calvin and Sam 1952 (2) and Walter 1955 (3)
Second
Dawn 1970 (2), Gus 1971 (2-3?), Gregory 1977 (1, likely a few months or weeks before he died)
Third
Lewis 1993 (5), Milton 1995 (3), Edith Jr 2004 (4)
In Edith bathroom you can see Gregory toy frog and maybe one of walters old glasses from when he was a kid
Edith also may have been drinking before the fight with Dawn meaning she was may have already been preparing her death
Sam took a lot of photos obviously (himself, the memorial, a dear, the hill he may have died on) but it seemed he took a lot of Calvin or thing that reminded him of his brother/barbara (his grave, the swing, the command center in fort Calvin, calvin before or another day before he died, and Barbaras graves)
I didnt take a photo but in Calvin and Sam's room on Sam's side there is a ashtray and cigarette buds on a table by his bed likely a habit he picked up trying to cope with his brother's death
Barbara kept all the letters from her fans in the basket from my friend bigfoot
Barbara had a lot of hobbies showen in her room, she may have liked ballet (a swan lake poster), practiced guitar, and was probably in theater in school
Thats all for now ^^
Reblog if you think fanfiction is a legitimate form of creative writing.

Everyone was snapping at Ragatha, but she was right when she was worried about Pomni`s friendship with Jax, lol. She's literally seen it TWICE.
oh Finch kids, how they could never make me hate you...
Why does no one talk about how selfish it was of Jax to just press red all because it would benefit him, and help him escape responsibility and consequences? Like yeah, we don't know if this was actually real or not, but why not choose the small chance they had at escape? Jax is literally Jimbortion from Mouthwashing, except Jimbalaya isn’t coddled by the fandom nor the creators.
It's not easy to be a fan of Ragatha, just to see her on screen to tell the backstory of Jax. Just recently, your mother's ghost was throwing knives at you. Girl, tell me about yourself, about your feelings, please.
This will never make sense to me
Here's something I'll never understand about this fandom. Please tell me...
Why does Jax get more appreciation than Ragatha does? He literally treats all the women in the circus as his personal playthings and never really learns a lesson yet somehow a lot of people love him for that.
Why does Ragatha get more hate than Jax does? I get not liking someone for not staying true to themselves to the fullest, but Jax is the same way yet he doesn't get slandered for the same reason most of the time.
The moment Ragatha snaps at Jax for putting up with his bullshit for so long and almost every fan goes up in arms. They run to grab their sharp pitchforks, light their torches and starts firing their howitzers at her. And because what? She yelled at the abusive bunny once?
Be so for real, y'all.
You gotta be fucking kidding me right now...
I can't believe these people are they blind or something? 😒😒😒
Literally Jax
Its Black Girl Magic May everyone have some gorgeous fairy ladies :^D
So. I saw a post talking about how a consequence of Korra losing her connection to her past lives means that no Avatar will be able to learn techniques like lightning redirection from their predecessors. And I'm flabbergasted at how you Korra critics just don't pay attention to either show.
(Which I'm almost sure of for this poster because they claimed Aang learned directly from Iroh when Zuko was the one who taught him)
If the Avatars could learn techniques from their past lives, they wouldn't need bending teachers. For example, Roku could have taught Aang firebending himself instead of making Jeong Jeong do it. But because he did make Jeong Jeong, it implies that Roku simply could not teach Aang himself.
It's the same reason why Kyoshi didn't teach Roku or Aang her many skills and why most of her techniques were unheard of in the original show. This is probably a similar concept to how there's no bending in the Spirit World.
The past lives are there for guidance and wisdom. They might be able to explain the concepts of a technique, but they cannot teach them. Otherwise the Avatar wouldn't need to find masters to learn from.
Korra critics drive me absolutely bonkers
my useless Nanny McPhee headcanon is that the Brown children were among her first charges. like maybe she'd had a couple charges before then, but the Brown children were the first to really test her and make her invested in getting the best possible outcome for everyone involved. she's stately, very prim and proper, and obviously disapproving of any impropriety or mischief around her, but she warms up at the end and helps the family's story reach a beautiful conclusion. meanwhile the Green children came around after she'd nannied a ton of children and had way more experience under her belt. by now she's loosened up and is having fun with it—getting a little silly with the "advertisement," waking the kids up like a drill sergeant, genially covering for a farm animal's gaseous blunder, making fun shapes in the air with the harvest, etc. like the magical equivalent of the first-time mum vs the mum on her tenth child.
