I haven’t been great about keeping things updated around here- but I’ve been sketching away and experimenting with different styles and approaches in Procreate on the iPad!

I’ve even been able to take it and study/copy oil paintings while standing in front of them in the museum- which I really recommend trying if you’re so inclined, it’s pretty cool to see the brushstrokes of the literal painting instead of working from a photograph.

After I read the illustrated edition of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, I was really inspired to draw my own version of the characters.
