One driver already quit and NASCAR responded with basically âwe had to google you because nobody knew who the fuck you wereâ
Nascar started because they said fuck cops and its nice to see they havent lost their roots completely.
That is the sexiest thing a corporation ever said.

[ID: Tweet by @carson_tueller âAbleism looks like calling disabled people âinspiringâ for navigating a system that is designed for their exclusion, while doing nothing to hold the system accountable. #ableism #disabled #accesstolife â]
Please, *please* stop telling me Iâm âinspiringâ because Iâve managed to survive despite how much harder everything is for me due to my disabilities. Take that inspiration and use it to make disabled peopleâs lives easier, please, or shove it straight up your ass.
Thatâs the thing. People look at disabled folks struggling to get by in life and instead of thinking âisnât it awful that someone has to jump over so many hurdles to accomplish things that we take for granted; we should improve accommodations for disabled peopleâ, they go âOMG sooooooo inspirational!! đ€Șâ like weâre not film protagonists or Teachable Moments to make you feel better about life in general. This kind of attitude makes it *more* difficult for us to get by in life, because people are too invested in the whole âmarginalised hero finds success against all odds uwuâ narrative to actually assist us.
itâs like weâve all been conditioned to fight for the underdog and love stories about marginalized people succeeding against the odds while also being conditioned to never question why those people are underdogs in the first place or how changing that would removes the need for the whole big fight in the first place
No to mention that it alienates and further marginalizes the âuninspirationalâ disabled people. The ones who no matter who hard they try, the hurdles are too much. This is particularly true for intersectional disabled people, those facing oppressions on different levels. I donât fucking care about living to âinspireâ you, I just wanna live even if I donât inspire anyone
another philosophical question that is very very related. is Chuck E Cheese a restaurant ?
absolutely not. itâs an arcade that happens to have âfoodâ
I respectfully disagree, sir noctude, because arcades lack one thing that Chuck E. Cheese has, performers. So, you may ask, what businesses have games, food, and performers?
a casino
now this is some semantic bullshit i can get behind
we were meant to rely on one another actually, itâs just in capitalismâs best interests to make us think we donât need other people and donât owe anyone anything
OK I'm in the pussy đ. Now what
