Personally, I really like Snucius with a top severus and bottom lucius.
While it doesn't seem like much, it still changes the whole narrative.
Especially considering scenarios with dominant severus and submissive lucius.
Giving Severus the power over someone, the validation and respect. It can go so deep with his backstory since those dynamics come from either the desire to please and perform for someone or the desire of power, stability and control. (Also with the anxiety of loosing control which could be used for lucius but personally don't see it)
Severus, wanting to be respected. Wanting to climb the social ladder enough to leave the situation he grew up in.
That type of childhood can also mess you up in a sexual way.
And yeah I know that that type of trauma also creates kinks like degradation, slapping and on because the individual didn't learn proper way of love and associates them with those feelings and on and on but it gets repetitive and also severus, for me, doesn't come of as such.
He clearly wants the high ground. When looking at lily, he probably would be all yearning, crawling on the ground. But that's because he sees her as perfect and kind and all that. Totally different setting.
And snirius and jeverus are extremely toxic. The type that would always degrade him even in the relationship but like, you feel like you are too deep to leave type of shit.
Now we do know that lucius and severus have an actual good relationship referenced by tiny quotes here and there. So lucius is not all alof with him like he normally is. As in "letting his guard down" ! Very important since pure bloods are like wizard nobles and nobles have to maintain their imagine as such. He is also very people pleasing here and there with the dark lord.
Man is working, performing and hiding. Plotting and lying. That man probably exhausted at some point with voldemort in his back all the time. And when younger probably also the expectations of being the only heir. So on-

Sorry, it's just, I have a clear vision when it comes to snucius but I can't find any fic where it's not top lucius and where there is no Harry, Hermione ect added....
Also didn't check for any grammatical errors, spelling mistakes or autocorrect changes that just make no sense
