this is my token positive extra life post for the year, but the fact that achievement hunter already had tens of thousands of dollars donated via 1337 donations less than one hour into their segment shows how important and integral they are to rt as a whole

Thank you for those of you who turned out to Extra Life this year, to support even though there were tons of reasons why this year was a rough one (global recession, shorter stream, poor marketing, everything else *gestures vaguely*, etc).

This year was wild as always. I’m hoping to see a bit of a reevaluation and a refresh going forward on what works and what doesn’t and maybe a new take on the stream for next year. It’s always the end (AH) where things kick off and get the correct amount of unhinged, which everyone waits for! 😂 Things kinda lag in the middle but that’s time that could be better used.
