So the Corruptimles Corner is turning another age and is holding an art contest for it! Here is my piece, literally on the last day because ✨procastination✨

I‘ve been keeping the screenshot of this event in my photos ever since it happened and knew that one day I had to draw it for the yearly contest

I arise from my slumber to post all rewritten and new chapters to my fic, only to vanish again for who knows how long.

This is 11 chapters in total, ending with the end of game chapter 2. It’ll likely be a a year or longer until I post the next update, since I’ll only post complete game chapters or just the completely completed fic.

yesterday on @fullmoondagger / @the-hellion-studio ‘s stream he got the glitch with the pause menu not going away unless you restart the game so we started making jokes in the vc that henry got blind from the ink covering his face and made our artistic renditions of that

The stream community I’m in is doing an art contest for their 1 year anniversary so I did this. It commemorates the stream moment where Corruptimles also known as @maulan-reverie accidentally made the skeleton trumpet available without bit-payment and I went NUTS with it. It’s my favourite sound effect. (now there’s a timer so a watcher can only do 1 sound effect per minute)

After 3 YEARS of on and off work he’s finally finished!

Made from baby alpaca wool, filled with virgin wool and about 29cm tall (excluding tail)

This little guy is crocheted from SCRATCH, no instructions, only wool and determination.

If I count together the total time I spent on this it would probably sum up to about three to four months of work. During that time I made: 4 sets of test horns, 3 test heads, 1 test body, 2 test hands, 1 test shoe and 1 test bowtie. And that’s not including all the times I had to unravel the wool.

Only once my little test Bendy was done did I start working on the real deal which also took a bit.

One of these things is not like the other…

Four edits I made of three AUs and a silly joke made months ago. In their respective order we have @inkystory ‘s Blob from the Gem AU, @british-hero ‘s Boris-like Sammy from the Shattered Frames AU, @rubinjuwel ‘s Marked Alice from the Marked for Eternity AU, and a completely normal Projectionist who looks perfectly fine and normal.

Aevima

So, since Linda is now revealed, how about some info about just what exactly they are!

I created this species myself, but I must give a shoutout to @a-rae-of-sunshine because their fae interpretation heavily inspired these guys. They are absolutely amazing and you should definitely check them out!

Aevima is the name of their species —> anima, latin: soul, life, breath —> aevum, latin: life, eternity, long period of time

incredibly rare, semi-immortal beings born from magic and loose soul energy

if enough soul and magic energy build up in a place they “pour” themselves into an object, bringing it to life

humanoid, have traits of the birth object and an animal present in the area

they come to life fully matured —> they speak the native language of the place they were born in —> they have basic knowledge of reading and writing but it's not the best (very much like a child that just started learning) —> they have basic knowledge of survival although what they know also depends on the animal-traits —> example: an owl-type knows how to fly and hunt, a rabbit-type would know how to dig themselves burrows for safety

they're omnivores but their diet is influenced by their animal-traits —> an carnivore-type needs to eat fruit and vegetables as much as a human but they still primarily eat meat —> a herbivore-type rarely eats meat, if at all

since they were born from pure magic and soul their bodies partially sustain themselves on magic —> they absorb the magical energy surrounding them —> this keeps them from aging —> if there is not enough magical energy in the area for them to absorb they WILL age and at some point die

they still need to eat, drink and keep themselves healthy because otherwise they will die from that

all of them can naturally shapeshift (environments are ever changing) —> how powerful their shapeshifting is is individual, but all can shift between human, animal and true form

they have special magical abilities depending on their personality and birth area —> examples: healing magic, plant magic, illusion magic, very powerful shapeshifting —> in addition to their natural magic they can learn other types of magic and spells

size of the birth areas can range from city to a restaurant in said city

requirentments for their birth: —> enough loose soul energy to form a soul —> a LOT of magical energy —> little to no people around —> because magic is energy based living beings can disdurb and move it, just like water —> if there's too many people the magic will not be able to settle

examples for Aevima: —> area: graveyard —> born from a gravestone, traits of a raven, adept at necromancy —> born from a grave light/lantern, traits of a fox, adept at pyromancy —> born from a flower, traits of a bee, adept at telepathy —> area: fish restaurant —> born from a table, traits of a lobster, water magic
