    Jason smirked at the other man. He always wondered what kind of STORIES made it out of Gotham and how the place must sound to someone who wasn’t from here. It probably sounded pretty primal and strange to those who weren’t used to it. The only way to get used to it was just to live here and face whatever the city threw at you. Jason had learnt that the hard way.

    “Stories are nothing compared to what this city is actually like, wouldn’t leave despite the way this city has messed everything up. For people like me, it’s the only place that we fit in,” Jason admitted, shrugging his shoulders, he held his good hand out to the man beside him, “name’s Jason, Jason Todd, you are?”

“Seattle is nicer. I have yet to almost die there. I guess I’m not one of those people huh?” Glenn chuckled softly with a shake of his head. Even if he had almost died once or twice in Coatesville, it wasn’t as bad as Gotham. He could easily take back any complaints he had about that crime ridden city because it was a dream in comparison.

“Glenn, Glenn Pickering.” He hummed softly as he shook Jason’s hand softly. Even if that was his good hand, he didn’t want to risk anything, not like this. Pulling his hand back, he moved to wrap it back around himself in an attempt to keep some warmth.
