So I’ve been nearing my week 5 goal for keto and just wanted to share a progress photo. The first picture was taken during week 2 of keto and the second was taken during week 5. So three weeks in between both of these photos and the pound difference was only 6. I could barely button the jeans in the first photo and in the second I can easily slip them on. Super excited I can see curves around my stomach!!! Can’t wait to see what month 2 brings :)
