Rush Perfection is a killjoy without a crew, living in a dilapidated house near the landmark and community of Coyote Gulch in Zone Three, Lithium County, California.

Rush’s obnoxious personality and aggressive tendencies enforce his status as a loner. At the crashtrack, his constant showing-off and desire to be “the best” has led to him trying to get a leg up on the competition by any means necessary, including sabotage, tampering with results, and at least once alleged instance of attempted murder.

In his mind, anyone not actively fighting against BLi is just as bad as the company, including neutrals in the zones, and anyone who has formerly lived in Battery City, killjoy or otherwise.

He has fewer enemies than he thinks; because of how he acts, people usually just try to ignore him.

In a one-sided rivalry with @koburakodomo; the other ‘Joy doesn’t know Rush even exists.
