Ryder Lynn
Preparing for his meet up with Marley, Ryder dug through his clothes to find something clean to wear. He had been lounging around in boxers all day in his room but he figured that wouldn’t be a good first impression if he just stuck with his current look and walked to the rec room. He managed to find a pair of jeans, a tshirt and a gray jacket. He didn’t bother with his facial scruff, wanting to make a nice impression but not caring enough to shave. It was always weird having a staff member watching over him like a hawk whenever he had to handle a razor. He was excited of course, to meet Marley face to face. She was cute and seemed super nice; the type of girl Ryder didn’t usually get involved with but she did seem the sanest and less annoying of the bunch.
Without his high he was a little worried he might just end up aggravated and potentially aggressive during their little meet and greet but he decided not to worry about it too much. After combing through his hair and slipping on some shoes Ryder was out of his room and heading down the hall towards the recreational area. He walked into their designated rendezvous spot and shoved his hands into his jacket pockets as he looked around. He figured he had gotten there first and walked over to sit along the couch with his feet propped up on the little coffee table, getting comfortable as he waited.
Marley Rose
Marley was still getting settled into this completely new environment, and it was probably the most nervous she has ever been in her entire life. Just being here scared her, even though she has already met a couple of nice people. Honestly, she still hated it here. She hated always being watched as if there was something wrong with her- which, maybe there was. But staying here didn’t seem to be helping, no matter what anyone told her. Meeting with Ryder managed to cheer her up a little bit, it was nice knowing that she didn’t have to be confined in a single area during the rest of her stay. Marley worriedly looked around her room, wishing this was all a bad dream.
Not wanting to be late, she walked out of her room and headed to the rec room. Maybe having a face to face conversation with another person would help her, but she didn’t know much about Ryder besides the small conversation they had earlier. Hopefully she wouldn’t make a complete fool of herself; she didn’t want to be an outcast here either. It took some time to find it, but she eventually reached the rec room. She spotted Ryder sitting on the couch, and smiled shyly at him. “Hi,” she said a bit nervously. “I hope I didn’t keep you waiting for too long.”
Ryder Lynn
Staring up at the ceiling Ryder waited patiently for Marley. Thinking about how new the girl was he began to wonder just how long he had been here for. A few months perhaps? It felt longer though; much longer. He couldn’t complain much. He settled in nicely, still got a hold of his drugs, and even found the occasional willing lady to sleep with. It’s no surprise he was still stuck in here. Regardless of how much he wanted to go back out and enjoy the life he had prior to coming here, there were just certain things he couldn’t give up. Drugs mostly; his libido calming down a bit lately.
Hearing someone walk into the room Ryder turned his head and spotted Marley. He smiled and got up off the couch while digging his hands into his jacket pockets. “Hey; no worries. I wasn’t here that long.” He said, not really knowing what else to say. Sure talking to girls was usually pretty easy for Ryder, but once again Marley wasn’t exactly the kind of gal he found himself hanging out with. Then again who knows; he doesn’t know her much at all yet. She could have a darker side to her. “So, what did you want to do again? Walk around, sit here, I don’t know; I’m pretty much cool with whatever so. It’s nice to be out and about for a bit.”
