general nerd here. collisions would line the bottom of the room's walls rather than the borders of the room itself. when the collisions line the borders of the room, players are free to walk up the wall, which is not what typically happens in deltarune. (unless these are supposed to be the collisions for the Soul section, in which case, these would be accurate)
