Been a Long Time Coming (<24 hours to be exact):

I was asked to provide a legacy challenge and well this is what I ended up with. This is low stakes 5 generation (+1 bonus gen) story telling legacy challenge. The goal isn't to complete all the tasks- it's to tell your version of a story. Everything is adjustable to your tastes/accessibility. If you want to omit, skip, only halfway finish something then that is yours to do. The 6 stories are jam packed with drama as that is what I am seemingly known for. bonus: all generations were inspired by my fav pop girlies songs. If you do plan to partake in the legacy challenge please tag me or use the #messylegacy so I can see!

And now I'm reblogging this to say: nothing I ever said was about the people who contacted creators during the start of the program. The person who was in constant contact with me (at least) was a real sweetheart who actually plays the game with my cc and would even praise some custom content I was making in between emails and responses. The artists trying to explain us how to make our mods work with the new system aren't the problem. The person who got in contact with us isn't the problem. They're just workers trying to make ends meet. The real problem is the greedy men right up there.

I figured we were about due for a house tour! So this is the Ávila-Hawthorne home in 1831.

You can see Sarah's huge garden, the outhouse, the goat pen and the chicken coop out back. Not pictured is the little graveyard, where John, John II, Edward, Margaret & Esther are buried.

You'll also note that only the downstairs is shown below, as the upstairs is rented out to the Flinns.

Then the hall/pantry and the bathroom (no toilet you'll notice, no running water in the 1830s).
