โ a lengthy shifting guide
why is it so hard to shift from your cr to your dr but not so much vice versa? youโve spent the first large chunk of your life believing this reality to be the full extent and foundation of existence. even if you now logically understand this not to be the case, the years spent curating and deepening a mental, emotional, and physical anchor to this reality has warped your perception of reality and instilled in to you the subconscious idea that your cr is the default. and in treating it as the default, the end all be all, and in compromising with it, you reinforce the idea that you are attached or stuck hereโthat it is even a place to get stuck in in the first place. not only do you trap yourself in this reality and grant it power over you that it does not actually have, you start viewing your cr as the โstarting pointโ too, and shifting as some form of transportation from point A to point B. accompanying this belief is an imagined distance created between your current reality and desired reality. you mightโve already recognised this in yourself; the feeling that your dr is somehow faraway, a place that needs to be travelled to.
itโs important to make and internalise the distinction between a shift in realities as an act of metaphysical travel, and a shift in realities as a shift in focus. imo the former is a much better descriptor for what shifting actually is in essence. i will go into more depth later, but a byproduct of being raised the way you were, growing up knowing nothing but your cr and rooting & centring yourself wholly (confined) within it, is the over identification you end up developing with your cr self. you are not living reality, you are watching it. but after years of the constant unbroken immersion, the two become almost impossible to distinguish. you define yourself by and take on as if they were your own the thoughts and identity and feelings of the โvesselโ you are observing, and let them dictate how you experience reality. the lines begin to blur between you; your cr self, and you; your awareness/the observer.
feel your hand. donโt touch it, but notice itโs weight and temperature, or the air around it. now feel the feeler. can you feel yourself? or your body, maybe? now go a step further and feel the one feeling. you probably arenโt fully able to, but this is the observer. โthe observerโ, or the state of being after breaking the immersion, is you in your natural or purest state. it has also been described as pure awareness, the void state, ego death, sakshi, the self, anatta, and interpreted in different ways across a multitude of different religions and branches of spirituality & philosophy, all used as a means to an end for different things. fyiโiโm not saying you have to completely forsake your cr identity or start ignoring/dismissing your senses or thoughts to shift, just understand that those things donโt define you or your reality. the means to the end here is just getting a point across and hopefully helping improve with the approach you take to shifting. all of this to say, youโre not travelling from point A to point B. point A and B are not places you can (technically) even travel to or exist in, because youโre just watching/observing/being aware of. shifting is not the transportation of a self from one location to another. shifting is simply changing what is focused on/experienced; from one stream of experience to another. a shift in focus.
to summarise, you as in your ego, the you in this cr as you know it, your body, your brain, your thoughts, your identity, donโt actually go or shift anywhere. you, your awareness, in favour of perceiving you, your cr self, the one sat at your computer or phone or whatever reading this right now, starts perceiving a different you/ego/selfโone that could have the exact same personality, memories, and thoughts, just in another realty, or one that is a different person entirely. there is only a change or โshiftโ for the observer, not the cr self or ego. so stop trying to feel your dr with your cr senses. youโre not going to. youโre so immersed in your cr and cr self that you automatically rely on this realityโs bodiesโ senses to gauge your success when you try to shift, waiting for your cr self to get a cue that itโs never going to get. the surroundings your cr self feels arenโt going to go anywhere. nor are your senses going to shut off. your cr body will continue to receive sensory information, because thatโs what bodies do. so donโt lie there expecting your bedsheets to disappear or magically warp into your dr surroundings or something and feel like youโve failed when they donโt. shifting is not about somehow willing your surroundings to change or lying in your room forcefully convincing yourself that your senses are feeling something else, itโs about acknowledging whatโs beyond those senses. feeling and connecting to what your dr self feels.
if you can still feel your cr, itโs not you feeling it, itโs your cr self. and you are not your cr self.
you can apply this to your thoughts too. your thoughts are no less your cr selfโs than your senses are. if you start getting doubts mid attempt or canโt let go of the thought or feeling that youโre not in your dr, remind yourself that you are not your feelings or thoughts or doubts. you are simply observing them. of course your cr self will think that theyโre still in their cr, they are. just ignore them and shift your attention elsewhere. your focus and awareness are what dictate what you experience, if you relinquish your focus from your cr and direct it to your dr instead, thatโs where youโll โbeโ.
obviously thereโs no one set way to shift, so if you want you can stop reading here and apply this information to your shifting journey in whatever way suits you. if youโre interested in my method though, hereโs the compilation of all this info into practical steps you can actually take to shift.
get comfortable somewhere you wonโt be disturbed. close your eyes and focus on what you can see. the light behind your eyelids, shapes, colours, whatever. but instead of automatically interpreting these sensations as belonging to your cr, allow them to become sensory input from your dr. light? thatโs coming from the lamp by the xyz in your dr bedroom. or maybe your in a field if thatโs a fitting setting for your dr, and itโs the sun shining down on you. shapes? thatโs because youโve been lying down with your eyes closed for a while now, youโre tired after your classes or job or whatever you do in your dr. even if itโs nothing at all, let it be your drs nothing. just feel it. do this for about a minute.
then move onto your body. whether itโs sinking, lightness, tingling, focus on it. and do the exact same as you did for the previous step, interpret it as input coming from your dr. donโt worry if you can still feel your body lying in your bed, because your surroundings arenโt going to changeโat least not physically. again, those sensations belong to your cr self, and they donโt prevent awareness from directing itself elsewhere. the goal here is to shift your focus away from them and onto something else, so hyperfocusing on your cr and worrying about your surroundings is counterintuitive. just gently guide your attention back to your dr, really try feel your dr surroundings and what your dr body is currently feeling. if you canโt fully avert your focus away from your cr, thatโs fine, at the very least just try receive/tap into the input coming from your dr alongside your cr.
finally focus on what you can hear. if youโve already managed to make a connection with your dr through your sight and physical senses just build up on what youโve already got. feel grass tickling your skin? deepen the connection there by focusing on the sound now too, the wind blowing through it. see light behind your eyes? focus on the hum of the lights.
repeat these exercises over and over, deepening the connection with each cycle. if you donโt manage to get anything the first cycle just keep going until you do. it might take some practice. like i mentioned before, after spending so much time here and being in constant attunement with your cr self, the sense that your cr is the default starts to take root and it can be difficult to shake the feeling that youโre just indefinitely โhereโ. itโs normal for it to take some time to learn how to question this feeling and push past it. since you've never (technically?) been aware of anything outside of this reality, learning how to do so can be a bit like learning how to use a muscle you've never used before.
this method operates on the idea that reality is something that is tuned into through focus & narrowed awareness and not something metaphysically travelled across, so for the most success with it, iโd recommend starting to make a conscious effort to see your dr less like a place and more like a wavelength or channel, a perspective already existing beyond your current focus. shifting to your dr then becomes an effort to notice and receive input from this channel/wavelength, input that already exists out there and that simply needs to be acknowledged. youโre just picking up on whatโs already there, feeling something that a version of you already feels.
persist in the belief that reality is observed and flexible. youโre not "stuck" anywhere unless you believe you are.
Iโve lived so many lives, some of which were worlds apart from my current one. Every time I return here, Iโm struck by how wonderful and miraculous life is. Itโs hard to put into words, but itโs this deep sense of reverence for the simple fact that you are alive.
2. Motivation doesn't play a role.
Most of the time, motivation only kicks in once you actually start doing the work. Iโve felt motivated both before and after shifting, but in my opinion, motivation only gets in the way. You end up chasing a result to satisfy you, but will you even feel that satisfaction when it comes?
3. The Butterfly Effect is real.
The tiniest flap of a butterfly's wings can completely rewrite reality.
4. I am never truly "ready" to shift.
Even when I intentionally shift to my DR, Iโm never 100% prepared for what awaits me in another reality. However, shifting has helped me overcome my futurophobia (the fear of change and the future).
5. Only the result matters (methods are irrelevant).
Shifting is happening constantly. Methods are just there to provide a logical justification for the steps taken to reach a goal, but the result is all that counts. Itโs the same as manifesting a million dollars while still going to work because you believe money canโt just fall from the skyโor using the 10k method for manifestation.
6. Self-concept and mental state don't matter.
Iโve shifted to my DR with my mental health in the gutter and a terrible SC, without ever seeing myself as some kind of "god."
Seriously. STOP doomscrolling. Stop looking for 5000 different success stories. Just. APPLY.
MANIFESTATION is so easy. Literally, as long as you have a functioning brain and the ability to talk to yourself or utilize your imagination; manifesting is EASY. Why? Because it's literally just THINKING.
You are not climbing the highest fucking mountain. You are not petitioning a letter to the gods, the universe, or whatever it is you may believe in. You are only CHANGING. YOUR. THOUGHTS. Almost every single thought you have is literally an affirmation in some shape or form.
"I keep buying all these skincare products and nothing works." That's an affirmation. "My car fucking sucks, I swear it breaks down every week." That's an affirmation. "This stupid dog keeps pissing in the house. I go through this shit everyday." YUP! That's an affirmation too.
Neville himself says it best: "...An assumption, though false, persisted in will harden into fact..."
EVERYTHING you are REPEATEDLY telling yourself, no matter how absurd, will eventually come true for you. It has no choice BUT to come true, because that is the law.
But you know this. You KNOW all you have to do is THINK IN YOUR FVAOR, but instead you fall into this cycle of searching for new content, looking up new coaches, binge-ing success stories, doing EVERY SINGLE THING except actually applying what you KNOW. there's no magic affirmation. There's no hidden secrets. You know how to affirm, so lock the fuck in and affirm, because I promise...
It all started in 2021, when a friend of mine first told me about shifting. I didnโt question whether it was real or not, I just went with it. At that time, I was looking up information online, and one afternoon I tried the sunny Method using all five senses. I managed to โmini-shiftโ into aot for a few seconds.
Then school started again, and because of my eating disorder, I put shifting aside until September 2022, when I decided I wanted to go to my skz dr.
Unfortunately, thatโs when I fell into a vicious cycle: trying method after method, getting frustrated, wondering why it wasnโt working anymore, and doubting myself even though I already had proof it worked once. I kept trying, but nothing seemed to work. At that point, all I wanted was to escape my cr, which I hated, and that only made my anger and doubt worse. So I paused shifting.
In the summer of 2023, I discovered subliminals on youtube and a few months later I came across the law of assumption. I decided to try manifesting things in my current reality. But even with loa, I ended up trapped in another cycle: endless affirmations, dividing everything into 3D and 4D, waiting for signs and movement, complicated visualizations. I would make subliminals and check after five minutes if they had worked; I would assume I already had my desired appearance and then immediately look in the mirror to see if it was true. After a while it became exhausting. I was overconsuming information, and since every creator had a different perspective, I just felt even more confused.
By the end of December, I found a creator on amino who had shifted using the law of assumption. She suggested Tumblr as a place to find good resources. So I started reading posts there about loa and duality. Then I read Neville Goddardโs books. Thatโs when I had my real click.
I realized that I make the rules. There arenโt two separate realities, 3D and 4D, there is only me. Manifestation is instant, and the only thing that can block it is my own belief. Failure doesnโt exist.
From that moment, I started manifesting small things immediately: a canceled test, five euros, a pen, a new phone. These little successes made me realize that if I can manifest a pen, I can also shifting reality. I started assuming, without hesitation, that I can shift whenever and however I want.
Itโs that simple.
Once you assume, itโs done. The 3D is just your imagination using the five senses. Itโs not your enemy. And itโs instant.
From there, I became a master shifter now. I persist not to see the results, but because I know Iโm already living them. Even if one night I assume I wake up in my dr and the next day Iโm in my cr bed, it doesnโt mean I failed. Who cares? The 3D doesnโt define me, and itโs not the final result.
And indeed, on January 5th, 2024, I fully shifted into my skz dr. From that moment, I knew all of this had been worth it.
In my cr, which I once wanted to escape, Iโve now manifested everything I desired, and it feels simple: the body and appearance I want, healing from illnesses, my cat, my sp apologizing, a free trip to Budapest, and much more. At the same time, I can live multiple lives without fearing death or worrying about living only once.
So donโt get discouraged. Maybe I made things too complicated along the way, but thatโs okay, it was my journey.

I can completely confirm that what the last anonymous success poster was saying is entirely true. When I first manifested my dream life, my initial reaction was profound anger. It is a harsh awakening to realize that unless you understand how to consciously shift/manifest, or unless you are born into exceptionally lucky circumstances, the odds are heavily stacked against you. To truly have a seamless, "perfect" life right from the start, society dictates that you essentially need a rare combination of three distinct privileges: exceptional physical beauty, immense generational wealth, and a deeply loving, supportive family.
Without all three of those pillars, you might still manage to carve out a decent life, but you are largely barred from experiencing the absolute best the world has to offer without immense struggle. And it is entirely unfair how these elements intersect. For instance, you could be born incredibly wealthy, but if you do not fit conventional beauty standards, society can still be remarkably cruel though, admittedly, money can buy enhancements and a certain level of insulation. Conversely, if you are experiencing poverty, you cannot simply buy the basic resources, peace of mind, or environments you need to thrive. Perhaps most importantly, the family dynamic is the foundation of it all. You could be rich and beautiful, but if you grew up in an abusive or neglectful household, you will inevitably carry severe mental health struggles and deep emotional scars into your adult life. We simply do not get to choose our starting conditions.
When I first successfully manifested my dream life, I looked back at the life I could have had if I had just been blessed with those three things from birth. I was furious. I mourned the version of myself that could have lived effortlessly. It makes me deeply sad that in this baseline reality, only a select, random few get to live out the best possible existence simply by the sheer luck of their birth. Of course, my perspective has evolved heavily since then. Because I am a shifter and I can consciously manifest my dream life, those initial disadvantages do not have to dictate my ultimate destiny. I have the potential to explore limitless desired realities, and the idea that I can experience an immortal consciousness means the physical limitations of this current timeline don't hold me down the way they used to. Perhaps enduring those early struggles was the exact catalyst I needed to push me toward discovering shifting in the first place.
One of the most profoundly healing applications of this practice is the ability to shift to realities that closely mirror your old life, but with the necessary adjustments to bring you justice and peace. You can essentially create dedicated "therapy realities." For example, I shifted to a timeline identical to my past, except I won the lottery when I was twelve years old. I got to experience my entire adolescence with everything I ever wanted, entirely free from financial anxiety.
I also went back and relived my high school experience in a reality where my parents suddenly came into immense wealth. I finally got to enjoy an incredible, carefree high school experience and had the deep, cathartic satisfaction of rejecting every single person who had ever bullied me. In other parallel shifts, I became famous and experienced what it was like to be universally adored and respected. It gives you the profound opportunity to redo your life on your own terms. Whatever your deepest fear is, or whatever brings you the most grief about your past, you can live it out differently. You can confront it, change the outcome, and finally achieve the emotional closure you were denied. However, even with the limitless, expansive possibilities of shifting and manifestation, it is completely okay and highly encouraged to seek out traditional therapy in this reality to process the pain of your past. The two are not mutually exclusive. When I first started my healing journey, I went to therapy as well. Naturally, I didn't mention shifting or alternate realities to my therapist ofc; I framed my emotional progress and boundary-setting around traditional psychological concepts. (ii) โ spiritual breakdown on how to "actually use" awake methods effectively.
firstly, iโd like to thank everyone for the great feedback i received on the my last post i made about how to use "actually use" awake methods, based on research i came across while learning about deep meditation and altered states of consciousness. and like i mentioned in my last post, iโm doing a follow-up to explain the full diagram and how you can use it to be more effective when practicing awake methods.
disclaimer(s): before i do a deep dive into how to โactually useโ awake methods, backed by a spiritual interpretation from rudolf steinerโs esoteric teachings, i want to clarify that iโm putting โactually useโ in quotes for a reason because there isnโt a black-and-white way to approach shifting. shifting is deeply personal and spiritual (imo). everything iโm sharing here is simply what iโve found through my own research, shadow work, and inner reflection, including tarot, which resonated strongly with me and helped me feel confident enough to share this. my hope is that it supports others in their own shifting journey. i also want to make it clear that my approach to shifting is completely spiritual. i donโt really see it as something scientific, i experience it more as a spiritual practice. so everything i share here is coming from that spiritual perspective, not from the science side of shifting.
this is going to be a lengthy post!
this diagram comes from rudolf steinerโs esoteric teachings, and it maps out the stages that lead outward from ordinary, day-to-day consciousness to the early stages of meditation, and eventually into the deepest level of meditation, what many people in the community call the "void state". it also goes past the void state into whatโs described as higher, more advanced stages of spiritual abundance, ending in the telos stage, where youโre fully detached from the physical body and exist purely as your subconsciousness. this can be connected to shifting as an almost "goldilocksโ stage, where youโre no longer tied to this reality and can access your desired reality through simple affirming, because doubt and ego have been bypassed and youโre fully in that subconscious void.
so how do we reach that?
let me explain each point across the diagram so we can have a understanding of how we can achieve each stage and then eventually telos.
day-to-day consciousness is basically where we are right now, our original reality, what we can perceive, see, and feel through our five senses. itโs the stage weโre in before we decide to shift from our usual, everyday waking world.
i (3.4.1) . . when you choose to use an awake method and lie down to start meditating, you enter the activation stage almost immediately. this is where you begin closing off your awareness from your original reality. by shutting your eyes and settling into meditation, you start withdrawing that external focus, even if itโs only a few minutes in, just breathing with the intention of pulling your awareness inward. from a shifting perspective, i see this as simply setting the intention, closing your eyes and knowing, โok, iโm going to try to shift.โ thatโs the activation: youโve made the decision, set the intent, and now youโre moving into meditation.
ii (3.4.2) . . this is where things start to matter. if youโre doing methods like the julia method for example, where you donโt use shifting or grounding affirmations until after youโve entered the void state, youโll naturally reach the abyss stage just by meditating without affirming to shift yet. this is the part where youโre simply in meditationโno complications, just a deep, calm state. not the deepest level yet, but youโre settled. youโre not fully focused on shifting yet; youโre focused on getting calm enough to shift. and i want to reiterate: this isnโt the stage where youโre affirming to shift yet. youโre not doing grounding or shifting affirmations here. youโre just calm, just meditating. thatโs why thereโs no โcomplicationsโ in this stage, because youโre not pushing intention into anything yet. your body is still settling, and youโve already moved past activation. for example, with the julia method, this is like the โi amโ phase, where youโre repeating simple โi amโ affirmations and staying calm. this will make more sense when i explain the encounter stage.
iii (3.4.3) . . this is the stage i think a lot of people end up giving up at, and itโs what perhaps makes their awake method attempt "unsuccessful". it wonโt apply to every situation, but itโs what i noticed in my own experience. the encounter stage is what you reach after youโve been in meditation for a bit and you start using shifting affirmations and genuinely intending that youโre somewhere else. for example, with the julia method, this could be when you move into identity affirmations or five senses affirmationsโwhere you begin rewriting the reality youโre in. youโre affirming a new room, a new identity, new friends, a new environment. youโre actively shaping things and beginning the shift.
from my personal experience, iโd usually be meditating for at least half an hour before i reached the point where i felt like, alright, iโm calm enough. i donโt really feel my room as much, my body feels lighter, and iโm less aware of it overall. i feel ready to start affirming that iโm in my desired reality, so i begin the affirmations. and this is exactly where my attempts would stop for years. YEARS. i get this urge to open my eyes disappointed. i begin to feel my cr bed more. i feel a wave of dissatisfaction and frustration. and what really happens is that you encounter the ego. because youโre intending to shift, and youโre essentially challenging your sense of reality in the physical world, it can trigger a kind of survival response. your physical mind/body reads that โno identityโ or โnew identityโ state as a threat, and it tries to pull you back to whatโs familiar, back to what youโve been conditioned to believe, because that feels safe. in spiritual teachings, this can also be described as the guardian. because shifting is something we aren't conditioned to believe in this reality, it pushes against the belief systems weโve been taught alike the idea that: "we only have one life" and that "weโre only this physical body", it could also be your own insecurities about shifting e.g. "this isn't working" or "this is taking too long." and when you start spiritually expanding beyond that, you can run into whatโs called the ego, or the guardian. this literally means youโre right at the door of shifting about to break through into a higher state of consciousness. itโs like a reflex meant to pull you back to whatโs familiar and comfortable. thatโs why it's called "the guardian" or "the ego at the door": because the moment you begin to move beyond it, all those ingrained โsafeโ beliefs and automatic thoughts in your subconscious push up in response.
whenever you reach this stage and you give in to those thoughts, or you start feeding them energy, it pulls you straight back into normal waking consciousness. everything starts to unravel. what you should do instead, when you reach this point, is alchemise. that doesnโt mean fighting the thoughts, because fighting them just fuels them. it means staying in meditation. when the urge hits, recognise what it actually is: a sign that youโre close. it means youโre approaching the door, and your subconscious is trying to drag you back to what feels familiar and safe. focus on your breath. try counting. the feeling usually comes in waves, it rises, fades, then returns. and each time you breathe through it and stay calm, it comes back quieter, less intense, and with longer stretches of calm before it returns. itโs definitely easier said than done, but i genuinely believe this is the stage where owning your power matters most, your ability to shift, and the strength of your intention. it can feel intense and even really demotivating, but this is where you start rewiring your mind to persist instead of pulling back.
iv (3.5) . . eventually, you reach whatโs referred to as the telos stage. telos translates to the ultimate aim or end purpose, the final cause behind an action. this is the stage where i believe i and you hit the prime mindset shift. your doubts have quietened down, and youโre in a state of pure consciousness thatโs open to affirmation, you withdraw effort. at this point, identity affirmations tend to โstickโ more because thereโs no resistance, this is essentially the void state or adjacent to the hypnagogic state. and from here, you can begin affirming in a way that brings you back into day-to-day awareness, but in your reality of choice instead. your desired reality. and now without hesitation or pushback, you have full access to your desired reality through intention and affirmation.
v final thoughts?
in terms of whether this theory has actually been effective for me, and whether iโve shifted: yes. i started looking into this in the first place because whenever i did shift, it usually happened in these strange half-asleep, half-awake phasesโlike when iโd get pulled out of a dream and end up in that black, in-between space where i could feel my spiritual body floating. those shifts fell into a few types for me: one where i was fully grounded, and two where i could physically feel my desired reality, like i sort of was half in and half out. thatโs what pushed me to research this more deeply, and itโs also why this is the approach i mostly follow now. but again, itโs so individual, shifting is extremely personal, and what works for me comes from my own reflection and my own decision to step back from a lot of shifttok and social media communities. you really do have to do your own research and let it become your own journey.

INTRODUCTION

if you want something, then all you have to do is decide that you already have it and be persistent. many of you misunderstand the meaning of this word in the context of the law of assumption. repeating affirmations, listening to subliminals for 24 hours and doing methods at every opportunity is not persistent. โpersistence is remaining in a state of fulfilled desire. to be persistent means to stick to your assumptions regardless of what 3d reality shows you. if you react to 3d, then you are not persistentโ
by reacting to 3d, you do not allow new assumptions to form in your subconscious. imagine that 3d asks again and again if you are sure that you have mastered void, shifting realities, lucid dreaming, etc. โare you sure? are you 100% sure? but you said before that you always fail. i don't think you're sure. look, you woke up again in this reality without desires. what? do you really believe what you're saying? i ask you again, are you absolutely sure?โ. instead of giving a positive answer every time, you immediately give up and scroll through tumblr looking for a new method. you must be persistent, even if you do not get what you want in 3d after a week, a month or a year
(this is a bit of an exaggeration because i said it as an example., but i forbid you to think that manifestation lasts that long. โboth 3d and 4d always show me only what i want to see. my 3d instantly reflects my 4d,โ โ this is your new assumption, whether you like it or not)
if you have negative thoughts, and we most likely will, then immediately replace them with positive ones. negative thoughts also include anticipation of desire. remind yourself again and again that you already have what you want and you are not waiting for it to manifest itself. if you catch yourself thinking that you are waiting for your manifestation, then remind yourself that you already have it
don't think that negative thoughts are ruining your progress or that you have to start over. no, as long as you are on a mental diet, you are doing everything right. by the way, posts about mental diet that you must read:

important part. manifest your desires. solve any problems using the law of assumption. you can do it right now, you don't have to wait until you enter the void or shift. it's easy. all you have to do is decide. iโm not asking you to affirm, listen to subliminals, do sats, etc. you just need to think that you already have everything you want and be persistent in this assumption
want a new phone? ok, just decide that it's already yours. you don't have to try to enter the void tonight to manifest a new phone. do you have the flu? decide that you are always healthy (by the way, this does not mean that you should not take medications. take them, but be persistent in the assumption that you never get sick). again, you don't even have to move your fingers. besides, negative beliefs will not make your life better. do negative thoughts fulfill your desires? no, so why pay attention to them? just enjoy the feeling of fulfilled desire. just enjoy the fact that you always get what you want
by the way, manifest something "unrealistic". telekinesis, magic wand, the ability to fly or talk to animals. thereโs nothing difficult about randomly remembering once a day that you can fly, right? let your subconscious know that you can literally do anything
PERSISTENCE
my honest opinion: if you are not able to be persistent, your desire is not that important to you. if you react to 3d and give up, then you donโt want to change your life so much. in order to manifest what you want, you need to be persistent in a new assumption
4d is true reality, 3d is a mirror. live in your imagination, live in the end, only then will 3d reflect your new assumptions and beliefs. these people achieved success because they accepted that imagination is the only reality. you are no worse than them. you can be persistent. and you will be persistent
know that your failure will not affect my life in any way. but it will affect you. if you finally become persistent, then you will get everything you dreamed of all that time. do it for yourself. do it for the sake of experimentation. what if you succeed?
METHODS
let's start with the method of manifestation. all i require you to do is decide, be persistent, ignore 3d, replace negative thoughts with positive ones. this is literally the basis of the law of assumption
in addition to this, you may want to use manifestation methods such as robotic affirmations, subliminals, sats, meditation, etc. overall i'm 50% okay with it. everything is fine as long as you don't put methods on a pedestal. if you start to think that without following one of the methods you will not be able to manifest your desires, then this is a red signal. just relax. you will shift, enter the void void, do astral projection, etc., even if you donโt repeat affirmations from morning to evening or donโt listen to your entire playlist. donโt force yourself to lie on your back and visualize the desired reality during sats. do what you like and when you want it. affirm, visualize, make mood boards, etc., but donโt make it a mandatory action. don't force yourself to do anything you don't want to do. and remember you change 4d and 3d, not methods
and i also urgently, on my knees, beg you to abandon methods for void, shifting, sleep paralysis, lucid dreams, etc. if you knew how wonderful it is to lie on your side at night and just fall asleep. no need to lie on your back, affirm, visualize, count. you just fall asleep without setting alarms for wbtb. no meditation, pink noise, theta waves. you donโt feel guilty or angry because youโre too lazy to do the methods. you don't scold yourself because you roll over on your side and fall asleep in the middle of the method. you don't feel disappointed that the method didn't work (in 3d, of course). this is a relief and peace that you could have experienced all this time, but for some reason you denied yourself it

i say again, i am firmly against the methods! in order to shift, you donโt need to lie motionless in the starfish position for two hours. just decide! be persistent! but if you still want to do it your way, then do it right. if your attempt is unsuccessful, do not react to 3d. decide what you shifted. decide that you have entered the void state. remember the mental diet. however i still recommend not doing the methods
MENTAL DIET
itโs better, of course, to decide that negative thoughts donโt arise in you, but if they do arise, replace them with positive ones. pay attention to your inner conversation. again, if a negative thought arises, immediately replace it with a positive one. replace one negative thought with 10 positive ones

there are times when you have to break a mental diet. what to do? lie. say the โtruthโ out loud, but in your mind persistently deny it. for example, your mother asked how you passed your physics test. give her an โhonestโ answer, but mentally affirm over and over again that you passed the test. review this moment. but if someone on this site asks you, for example, have you ever shifted, you can either safely ignore it, or say that you have already shifted a million times because you decided so
TIME
stop waiting. stop waiting for you to shift or enter the void state. stop waiting for your first lucid dream, sleep paralysis and astral projection. time doesnโt exist you already have your desires. if you notice that you are waiting for your manifestations, then immediately remind yourself that you already have everything you want! don't count the hours, days, weeks. there is only the eternal now and it is up to you to decide what you are thinking about at this moment

CIRCUMSTANCES
i know many of you may have difficult circumstances. but thinking about it you only complicate your life. your thoughts, assumptions and beliefs create your reality. please ignore 3d and your life will become much easier. know that people before you have succeeded in unbearable circumstances (poverty, abuse, death of loved ones, illness). they had doubts just like you, but they lived in the end and were persistent (+ this)
this doesn't mean you can't cry or be angry. no matter what you do, only what you think has power. give vent to your emotions, but be persistent in the fact that you have already succeeded. yes, it can be difficult and unusual, but you have to do it if you want to get rid of undesirable circumstances once and for all
do you have painful periods? cry, donโt hold back your tears, but insist that this is not so. be persistent in the fact that you have pain-free periods
are your abusive parents beating you again? scream and cry with anger, hit the pillow, but please ignore the 3d. repeat again and again that you are already in your desired reality, where you have loving parents
are you angry because all the housework is on you? no, no, convince yourself that you are not washing the floors right now. no, your useless brother does, and in the meanwhile you are enjoying a delicious cake

---Backstory: I've been patiently applying all that I've learned from 4dbarbie's asks and letting go of chunks of the ego mind---
Today, while at the beach with my group of friends, I realized that I was still somewhat stuck. I let go of big parts of what "I" thought I knew, but I still felt like I was missing something to have my realization. If you ask why I was thinking about that at the beach, there has been nothing on my mind aside from realizing my self since I discovered it. Nothing interested me more than this.
---Disclaimer because I'm sure I was only able to do this because of how free my mind was and what is now cannot be compared to the way my brain worked months ago---
So you can have a mental picture, we were all on the beach, some of us, mostly the girls, were sat on our towels. Conversation was going on around me and I was nodding but my mind was elsewhere. I was thinking what could I do to prove it to myself not only that I understood but that I can apply it.
So while on the beach, I was thinking... what seemingly impossible thing could I do to prove I can do it. Gee, an appearance change in the moment, that's pretty "hard", isn't it? So I decided on that. I didn't want to be something small like change my hair color, but completely change my face so that I can show I can. If I couldn't, so be it, I would continue disbelieving I was this character until I felt even freer. But I still wanted to try.
Because I am not fully realized so I still had some resistance, I thought- what would my ego have the least resistance me looking like? I was looking around the people at the beach trying to pick someone I had no desire to look like, but also no fear of being that person.
---- Backstory again: my original body had bleached blonde hair, tan skin and green eyes-----
So I picked a brunette, pale and with brown eyes. I thought in my head for what a cute brunette would look like, then I leaned back on my towel, closed my eyes and imagined being IT for a few seconds. Again, I didn't care if I succeeded, I just did it.
I didn't sit long like this, after I saw myself looking like that, I sat up again and looked at my reflection in my phone.
I looked exactly like I saw in my head.
I swear to God, I was so panicked- my heart was beating wildly in my chest. I was freaking out so bad internally. I could believe it and couldn't. You know when something shocking happens that ego just can't accept? Yeah, it was like that.
Then, I looked at my friends to see if they would notice any change. I called out to one of my guy friends (who was standing up) to pass me the water so that I could bring attention to myself. He gave it to me no problem, the girls turned to me too when I spoke up and nobody said a thing. I was scared to ask. What was I even supposed to ask? I felt like my mind was breaking.
I stood like that for minutes and nobody said a thing to me about looking different. I'll be honest I was really spooked, my heart was still racing. So I decided to go back to my "original" appearance to see if they say something then.
---The process was the same---
When I stood up this time I did it more confidently, because I didn't feel like I would be caught doing something crazy since everybody knew me as this body. I changed "back" no issue, and nobody said anything. AGAIN. This time I dared ask if I they think I changed somewhat, and they all looked like me like ? what do you mean?
My heart was beating again but in a different way. In euphoria, in joy. I still felt like my brain was completely broken but i was so happy I felt like I could fly.
My next instinct was to imagine myself with what used to be my "desired" appearance, I felt like I just gained a superpower I could lose so I had to do everything quickly, before it goes away.
There was no resistance now that I did it once, none at all. I was aware of no impossibility of changing.
We spent two more hours there and I felt more alive in my new body than ever. It was like the whole world opened to me.
On the way home, while I was in the car (one of the guys was driving) I felt like I now had the time and opportunity to imagine again. I was relaxed, and just daydreaming, but in the present. Just imagining myself with everything I wanted with no expectation.
...and they all came extremely quickly. They didn't spawn but some I got in the most bizarre of ways, Ways in which my ego could have never thought of receiving them. And everything I imagined happened until the end of the day. It's night now when I'm writing this and I'm getting ready to sleep, thinking of things to "wake up to".
Now I know a lot of people aren't going to believe me, but that is really not my problem. I am still processing it myself to be honest. I don't even know how to go forward with all this "power".
Anyway, you truly imagine everything and everything is in your mind. Including other people. No one exists without you, including the body.
I already have an idea for what to do tomorrow and it's to try and be invisible.
I'm thinking of what else could be really important to say so others can also do it... the lack of doubts? Or me not thinking of it being impossible rather? Having it in the back of my head always that the only real thing is ME? Everything I learned I learned from the 4dbarbie account, I didn't read any books because I don't like reading.
Lastly, just try without expectations of it not working. Accept it could not but still do it, if it doesn't now it may in the future, all depending on your ability to let of of the reality of the body and seeing your real Self.

Also love that you didn't read the books cos I kinda made myself earlier in the week until I realised that if you read all of 4dbarbie's content seriously, you most likely wouldn't need to ๐ it just felt like overconsumption to me. and also 4dbarbie was so focused on the practical side of applying too compared to the books (so you don't need to read the books but if you've read all of her posts & asks and still have questions, then do a search in the books) Man I miss her ๐ฅน

This is what I would like to call โthe ultimate respawning and permashiftingโ guide for permashifters and respawners, especially beginners. Everything here will be all information of these topics and overall the basic resources you need. since respawning is lowkey the main focus, I want to say that yes, death will be mentioned here. Death is complex topic and is subjective. If you are looking into respawning but don't want to physically die then you don't have to and is not necessary. There is many types of death like ego death, the death of an old identity, the death of old beliefs/thoughts (*cough* loa), etc. I understand the topics of death can be uncomfortable and you don't have to agree with them, but what we are not doing is harassing others and acting holier than thou against death respawners.
