I’ve been restricting again for 11 days now and today is the first day I feel like crap. I know I’m dehydrated, I’m fucking hungry and I woke up with a headache like I’m hungover or something. I upped my calories a bit today (300 ish to 400 ish) and I’m drinking my water. But it’s working! I’m down 6 pounds already so I’m not gonna give up!
