Did you know that Finnish Lapland has a reindeer population of about 200,000. That's 20,000 more reindeer than people!

âEvery year, the bright Scandinavian summer nights fade away without anyoneâs noticing. One evening in August you have an errand outdoors, and all of a sudden itâs pitch-black. It is still summer, but the summer is no longer alive.â

An Ode to my coworkers in the shadow of corona-virus
We have been working remotely like many other companies since corona-virus epidemic started. I visited the office to leave my work equipment and keys last Friday. It felt like really it has been long time. We have usually farewell ceremonies like a short meetup for good wishes etc. But because of corona all this happens virtually now. Luckily our best HR prepared a farewell gift for me. Honestly I was not expecting it. Cheered me up a lot. A green leaf tea, various nice chocolates, marimekko cup, and a postcard with nice wishes for my next job. It is really kind. Mostly companies try to show their best when you just start there, so you donât feel overwhelmed. But the way your company says goodbye to you is another great sign of the company culture. I am proud of my coworkers. I had really nice memories and lots of fun. Just wanted to share that such small nuances have absolutely nice effects!
NONII. Finnish people are the best.
I read they detected an ancient city buried close to the Tomb of Amphipolis. TheyÂŽre gonna start the excavations very soon! :)
(with the time itâs taking them, the just found city will be open to the public before the tomb, fancy that XD)
Hey this sounds exciting! Whatâs your source on this?
I read it in the greek newspaper Ethnos and itâs already being reproduced by other greek media. It hasnât hit foreign media yet
