The video shows a large hen house, with long wooden joists laid out horizontally and elevated above the hen house floor. There are a lot of chickens inside the hen house, but only a few are perched on the lower wooden joists, and none on the upper joists.

The OP is subtitled as saying to the camera:

It's so weird. My chickens just won't go up to the roost. I watched some videos online where people said you need to find the alpha rooster in the flock and then all the others will follow. I've been trying to figure out which one it is. Then today, haha I squatted on the roost myself and turns out, I'm the One.

The video shows all the joists (not just the lower ones) populated by perching chickens.

Apparently today is Loving Day, named after Richard and Milford Loving, the interracial couple whose lawsuit against the state of Virginia resulted in interracial marriage becoming legal in the United States. And so this day was made as a holiday for interracial relationships. I think that's very cool and deserves a tumblr post. Happy Loving Day to everyone in interracial relationships!
