When ep1 of Young Sherlock I was so mad. Holy Orientalism. The concept of Chinese Princess is just like chopsticks in a bun. Unacceptable. But I ended up love Xiaowei. Definitely one of the coolest character of all time. Her Chinese speaking makes forgot all that. It feels very legit. Tips of casting director: pick someone who speaks proper Chinese. It helps.
