Literally nothing will ever be as satisfying as the 4 minute long fight sequence in Kingsman: The Secret Service, in which Colin Firth mercilessly wastes an entire Westboro Basptist Church like congregation as the guitar solo from Lynard Skynard’s 1973 anthem Freebird plays in the background.
This was the best career move Colin Firth ever made
Also had the best line/delivery of any movie ever

5 month progress shots! 153->133. This is 6 days of lifting and 2 sessions of cardio a week. I never knew I would enjoy lifting as much as I have been these last few months.

Just feeling myself today 😌☺️
So I’ve been having some GI problems for about 2 years now. To the point where I’m nauseous almost always after eating anything, stomach bloated like I’m 9 months preggo (no babies over here) and crippling stomach pains after eating certain trigger foods. I did have a procedure done last week to help me get some answers, so hopefully I can remedy whatever is going on. Due to this I was unable to get my 4 month progress shots because every time I tried I was extremely bloated. I may have only lost 2.2 lbs the past month but I’m to the point where the number on the scale doesn’t really bother me. I see the changes in my body; where I’m losing fat and gaining muscle. Always gotta remember that slow progress is better than no progress. This is the closest thing I have to a progress pic for month 4. It wasn’t until month 2 that I started getting into upper body workouts. Now they’re my fave! So this is Month 2-> Month 4 with upper body progression. My shirts are baggier now, my body is slimming out while gaining muscle also.
