Alucard went missing for 30 long years, which may seem like nothing from his perspective, but for Sir Integra, he missed the most formative years of her life.
Sure, she's a natural leader, powerful government official, and overall force to be reckoned with, but she did miss having a pet hurricane by her side. Seras is far too obediant for her own good.
